In Bhairopur village of Ghosi tehsil, on the orders of the court, on the instructions of SDM Abhishek Goswami, the revenue personnel confiscated the land of the share of Bhairopur Pargana and Tehsil Ghosi, belonging to Vakil Patel son of Narsingh Sahib, who was in default of maintenance, by the revenue team on Wednesday and handed it over to Mrs. Sharda Patel, wife of Vakil Patel. According to the information received, the case of Sharda vs. Vakil Patel was pending in the court of Azamgarh. In which the court had passed an order for maintenance in favor of Sharda Patel. When she did not pay, it increased to Rs 250000 and an order was passed to Vakil Patel to deposit it. On not paying, the court sent the RC to the tehsil for recovery. When the local Amin repeatedly tried to recover, a summons warrant was issued. On not depositing the amount of RC of the court and remand by the court, as per the order of the Sub-District Magistrate, the land of Vakil Patel of total 12 gata was confiscated today on 27 November and handed over to his wife Mrs. Sharda Patel.

घोसी।मऊ।घोसी तहसील के भैरोपुर गाव में कोर्ट के आदेश पर एसडीएम अभिषेक गोस्वामी के निर्देश पर राजस्व कर्मियों ने भरण पोषण के बाकीदार वकील पटेल पुत्र नरसिंह सा0भैरोपुर परगना व तहसील घोसी के हिस्से की भूमि को बुधवार को राजस्व टीम के द्वारा कुर्क कर श्रीमती शारदा पटेल पत्नी वकील पटेल को सुपुर्द किया गया।प्रप्त जानकारी के अनुसार शारदा बनाम वकील पटेल मुकदमा न्यायालय आजमगढ़ मे विचाराधीन था। जिसमे न्यायालय द्वारा शारदा पटेल के पक्ष मे भरण पोषण को लेकर आदेश पारित किया था। जो उसके न देने से वह बड़ कर 250000 रुपये वकील पटेल को जमा करने का आदेश पारित किया। न देने पर कोर्ट ने तहसील मे आर सी वसूली हेतु भेजा दिया। बार बार स्थानीय अमीन द्वारा वसूली का प्रयास करने पर सम्मन वारेण्ट किया गया । न्यायालय की आर सी की राशि नही जमा करने एवं कोर्ट द्वारा रिमांड करने पर उप जिलाधिकारी के आदेशानुसार वकील पटेल की भूमि आज दिनांक 27 नवम्बर को कुल 12गाटे की भूमि कुर्क कर पत्नी श्रीमती शारदा पटेल को सुपुर्द किया गया।
