Bhagwan Das, 23 years old, a resident of Bhadwa village in the Kotwali area, had a dispute with his wife for some reason and at around 3 pm climbed the last part of the mobile tower built outside the village and started threatening to commit suicide. As soon as the villagers came to know about it, a crowd of hundreds gathered at the spot and started recommending him to come down, but he did not listen to anyone. As soon as the youth climbed the mobile tower, the villagers informed the Walidpur Electricity Sub-Station about it. After receiving the information, the people of the electricity department cut off the power flowing in the tower. Someone informed the police about it. The police reached the spot and after a lot of recommendation from the villagers, he came down from the mobile tower at around 5 pm. The police gave a ring to the youth and released him on the recommendation of the villagers. The villagers say that 2 years ago, the police had caught him in some case and taken him to the Kotwali and after his release from there, since then his mental balance is not good, he often quarrels with his wife and other people without any reason. A huge crowd of people gathered when the youth climbed the mobile tower. When the youth came down from the tower, people breathed a sigh of relief.

कोतवाली क्षेत्र के भदवा गांव निवासी भगवान दास उम्र 23 वर्ष जो किसी कारण बस अपनी पत्नी से विवाद कर लिया और दोपहर लगभग 3 बजे गांव के बाहर बने मोबाइल टावर के आखिरी हिस्से पर चढ़कर जान देने के लिए धमकी देने लगा जैसे ही गांव के लोगों को पता चला तो सैकड़ो की भीड़ इकट्ठा हो गई मौके पर पहुंचकर उसको नीचे उतरने की सिफारिश करने लगे लेकिन किसी की बात नहीं माना युवक जैसे ही मोबाइल टावर पर चढ़ा ग्रामीणों ने इसकी सूचना वलीदपुर विद्युत सब स्टेशन पर दिया सूचना पाकर बिजली विभाग के लोगों ने टावर में प्रवाहित हो रही बिजली को काटा इसकी सूचना किसी ने पुलिस को दिया मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस और ग्रामीणों के काफी सिफारिश करने के बाद देर शाम लगभग 5 बजे मोबाइल टावर से नीचे उतरा पुलिस ने युवक को कड़ी हीरा देकर ग्रामीणों के सिफारिश पर छोड़ दिया ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि 2 साल पूर्व किसी मामले में पुलिस पकड़ कर कोतवाली ले गई थी और वहा से छूटने के बाद तभी से उसका मानसिक संतुलन ठीक नही रहता है अक्सर बीवी और अन्य लोगों से बिना वजह के झगड़ लेता है युवक द्वारा मोबाइल टावर पर चढ़ने पर लोगों की काफी भीड़ लगी रही युवक जब टावर से नीचे उतर तब जाकर लोगों ने राहत की सांस लिया।
