आजमगढ़:शादी का झांसा देकर करता रहा बलात्कार,आरोपी गिरफ्तार
The police of Mubarakpur police station of Azamgarh district arrested the accused who raped a girl on the pretext of marriage and sent him to jail. The plaintiff gave a written application at Mubarakpur police station that on 10.12.2025 a young man lured and abducted his minor daughter. Based on the above information, FIR No. 533/2025 under sections 137(3), 87, 64(2)(m)/115(2) BNS and 5l/6 POCSO Act was registered at Mubarakpur police station. On Friday, while Sub-Inspector Shri Dharamraj Yadav along with the accompanying police team was on a tour in the area, on the information of an informer, the accused Sonu son of Banshraj, resident of village Tendua, police station Mubarakpur, district Azamgarh (age about 21 years) was taken into custody from *Bijarwa underpass* at *09:45 am*. Other further legal proceedings are underway.
आजमगढ़ जिले के मुबारकपुर थाने की पुलिस ने शादी का का झांसा देकर युवती से दुष्कर्म करने वाला अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया,वादी द्वारा थाना मुबारकपुर पर लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया कि उसकी नाबालिग पुत्री को दिनांक 10.12.2025 को एक युवक बहला-फुसलाकर भगा ले गया। उक्त सूचना के आधार पर थाना मुबारकपुर पर पंजीकृत मु0अ0सं0 533/2025 धारा 137(3), 87, 64(2)(M)/115(2) BNS व 5L/6 POCSO एक्ट पंजीकृत किया गया। शुक्रवार को उपनिरीक्षक श्री धर्मराज यादव द्वारा मय हमराह पुलिस टीम के साथ देखभाल क्षेत्र में भ्रमण के दौरान मुखबिर की सूचना पर अभियुक्त सोनू पुत्र बंशराज निवासी ग्राम तेन्दुआ, थाना मुबारकपुर, जनपद आजमगढ़ (उम्र लगभग 21 वर्ष) को बिजरवा अंडरपास* से हिरासत में लिया गया। अन्य अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही प्रचलित है।
