Shailendra Ashtana, GM of Kisan Sahakari Chini Mill Ghosi and Chief Sugarcane Officer informed the present farmers about the new species of sugarcane and said that arrangements will be made for free soil testing of sugarcane farmers. Sowing of sugar mill till the first week of December Kisan Bhai said to start. Kisan Bhai should cut the sugarcane and supply fresh sugarcane on the scheduled date and after the SMS is issued. Vice President of Sugar Mill Karunesh Pratap Rai said that at the Nyaya Panchayat level the farmers should be made aware of the campaign to cultivate sugarcane on a large scale by ensuring better resources and crop security for sugarcane sowing in the selected villages of Mill Gate. Awareness should be raised so that the sugar mill can be run in November in the next sowing year. So that farmers' income can be improved. Agricultural scientist Vinay Mishra gave information about the right time and species of sugarcane sowing and diseases and medicines affecting the crop. Praveen Gupta, the former district president of BJP, explained in detail about the public welfare schemes being run by the government for the farmers. कृषक चौपाल का आयोजन किया गया। जहां काफी संख्या में किसानों ने प्रतिभाग किया। जिसमें चीनी मिल परिक्षेत्र के किसानों के समग्र विकास व गन्ने की आधुनिक खेती को लेकर परिचर्चा हुई। जहां किसानों के उपज बढ़ाने को लेकर टिप्स दिये गये। किसान सहकारी चीनी मिल घोसी के जीएम शैलेंद्र अष्ठाना एवं मुख्य गन्ना अधिकारी ने उपस्थित किसानों को गन्ने के नई प्रजातियों के बारे में बताते हुए कहाकि गन्ना बोने वाले किसानों की मिट्टी की निःशुल्क जाँच की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।चीनी मिल की पेराई दिसम्बर के पहले हफ्ते तक शुरू होने की बात कही।किसान भाई पर्ची जारी होने या एस एम एस मिलने पर तथा नियत तारीख पर ही गन्ना काट कर ताजा गन्ने की आपूर्ति करे।
चीनी मिल के उपाध्यक्ष करुणेश प्रताप राय ने कहा कि न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर किसानों को बड़े पैमाने पर गन्ना की खेती करने के लिये अभियान चला जागरुक किया जाय ।वही मिल गेट के चुनिंदा गांवों को गन्ना बुवाई के लिये बेहतर संसाधन व फसल सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करते हुए जागरूक किया जाय ताकि अगले पेराई वर्ष में चीनी मिल नवम्बर में चलाई जा सके। जिससे किसानो की आय बेहतर हो सके।
कृषि वैज्ञानिक विनय मिश्रा ने गन्ना बुवाई के सही समय व प्रजाति एवं फसल में लगने वाले रोग व दवाइयों के बारे जानकारी दिया। बीजेपी के पूर्व जिलाध्यक्ष प्रवीण गुप्ता ने सरकार द्वारा किसानों के के लिये चलाई जा रही जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के बारे में विस्तार से बताया।
इस दौरान चीनी मिल के प्रधान प्रबंधक शैलेन्द्र आस्थाना, प्रवीण गुप्ता,अजीत कुमार पाण्डे, डॉ.आर सी पाठक, पूर्व उपसभापति रामाश्रय राय, करुणेश राय, राजेश सिंह, विजय प्रकाश सिंह, भोला राम यादव, शिवचन्द यादव आदि उपस्थित
