शीतकालीन सत्र से पहले आज सर्वदलीय बैठक होगी, जिसमें प्रमुख एजेंडों पर चर्चा होगी
New Delhi: The winter session of Parliament will continue till December 20, starting from November 25. Earlier, the government has called an all party meeting on Sunday. The meeting will be chaired by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. In addition to legislative affairs, national security, economic concerns and regional affairs, the all-party meeting is likely to discuss many important issues such as the Manipur violence. It is convened to discuss the issues on which the parties want to debate in Parliament along with apprised of the legislative agenda. In this way, through the meeting, the government formally seeks cooperation from the opposition parties in both houses during the session. The Parliament session will start from November 25 and end on December 20. On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution, a program will be held in the Central Hall of the Old Parliament House. The Modi government is preparing to introduce 15 bills, including five new laws, during the winter session of Parliament starting from Monday. Among the five new bills is a bill to establish co-operative universities. The pending Bills also include the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, which has been listed for consideration and passage by the Joint Committee of the two Houses after submitting its report to the Lok Sabha. All eyes will be on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, which It was sent to the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) after being tabled in the Lok Sabha during the monsoon session. The Joint Parliamentary Committee has to submit its report on the last day of the first week of the winter session. There is apprehension of upheaval in the current session as the opposition parties have earlier demanded to extend the tenure of the JPC which is investigating the Waqf Bill. Opposition parties and Muslim organizations have opposed many of the proposed reforms in the new bill.
नई दिल्ली: 25 नवंबर से शुरू हो रहा संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र 20 दिसंबर तक चलेगा। इससे पहले सरकार ने रविवार को सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई है।सर्वदलीय बैठक 24 नवंबर रविवार को सुबह 11 बजे मुख्य समिति कक्ष, संसदीय सौध, नई दिल्ली में होगी। बैठक की अध्यक्षता रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह करेंगे।सर्वदलीय बैठक में विधायी कामकाज, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा, आर्थिक चिंताओं और क्षेत्रीय मामलों के अलावा मणिपुर हिंसा जैसे कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा की संभावना है।संसदीय परंपरा के अनुसार सरकार की ओर से यह बैठक विपक्ष को अपने विधायी एजेंडे से अवगत कराने के साथ-साथ उन मुद्दों पर चर्चा करने के लिए बुलाई जाती है, जिन पर पार्टियां संसद में बहस करना चाहती हैं। इस तरह की बैठक के माध्यम से सरकार सत्र के दौरान दोनों सदनों में विपक्षी दलों से औपचारिक रूप से सहयोग मांगती है।संसद सत्र 25 नवंबर से शुरू होकर 20 दिसंबर को समाप्त होगा। संविधान को अपनाने की 75वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर पुराने संसद भवन के सेंट्रल हॉल में एक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा।मोदी सरकार सोमवार से शुरू होने वाले संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान पांच नए कानूनों सहित 15 विधेयक पेश करने की तैयारी कर रही है। पांच नए विधेयकों में सहकारी विश्वविद्यालय स्थापित करने वाला विधेयक भी शामिल है। वहीं लंबित विधेयकों में वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक भी शामिल है, जिसे दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त समिति द्वारा लोकसभा को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपे जाने के बाद विचार और पारित करने के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया गया है ।सबकी निगाहें वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक पर होंगी, जिसे मानसून सत्र के दौरान लोकसभा में पेश किए जाने के बाद संयुक्त संसदीय समिति (जेपीसी) को भेज दिया गया था। संयुक्त संसदीय समिति को शीतकालीन सत्र के पहले सप्ताह के अंतिम दिन अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करनी है। मौजूदा सत्र में हंगामे की आशंका है क्योंकि विपक्षी दलों ने पहले ही वक्फ विधेयक की जांच करने वाली जेपीसी के कार्यकाल को बढ़ाने की मांग की है। विपक्षी दलों और मुस्लिम संगठनों ने नए विधेयक में प्रस्तावित कई संशोधनों का विरोध किया है।
