नई दिल्ली:। संभल में रविवार को शाही जामा मस्जिद के सर्वे के दौरान भड़की हिंसा के बाद पुलिस एक्शन मोड में कार्रवाई कर रही है। पुलिस ने सपा सांसद जियाउर्रहमान बर्क और विधायक नवाब इकबाल महमूद के बेटे सुहैल इकबाल पर एफआईआर दर्ज की है। इस मामले में समाजवादी पार्टी के सांसद जियाउर्रहमान बर्क की प्रतिक्रिया सामने आई है।सपा सांसद जियाउर्रहमान बर्क ने सोमवार को संसद भवन के बाहर मीडिया से बात करते हुए पुलिस की कार्रवाई पर सवाल उठाए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस अपनी लापरवाही छिपाना चाहती है, इसलिए एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है।जियाउर्रहमान बर्क ने कहा, “पुलिस ने जो एफआईआर दर्ज की है, उसका सीधा सा मतलब यही है कि पुलिस अपनी लापरवाही छिपाना चाहती है और उसके आरोप मुझ पर मढ़ना चाहती है, ताकि मैं अपने क्षेत्र के लोगों की जायज आवाज को ना उठा सकूं। वह लोग गलतफहमी के शिकार हैं, मुझे खुद से ज्यादा अपने क्षेत्र के उन लोगों की फिक्र है, जिनकी हत्या हुई है या फिर उन लोगों की, जिन पर झूठा केस दर्ज किया गया है।”,उन्होंने आगे कहा, “आज हमने अपनी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव के नेतृत्व में लोकसभा स्पीकर से मुलाकात की है।मैं सुप्रीम कोर्ट से भी गुजारिश करता हूं कि वह इस मामले का संज्ञान लेकर सख्त कदम उठाए। जिस तरह से पूर्व नियोजित तरीके से मासूमों की हत्या की है और इस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया है, वह बेहद अफसोस की बात है। मेरी मांग है कि इस मामले की न्यायिक जांच होनी चाहिए और जो दोषी हैं, उन पर हत्या का केस दर्ज कर कार्रवाई हो।”,जियाउर्रहमान बर्क ने पुलिस प्रशासन की कार्रवाई पर सवाल खड़े करते हुए कहा, “शासन के इशारे पर ही पुलिस ने कार्रवाई की और वह पूरी तरह अपने मकसद में कामयाब भी रहा। मैंने और संभल के जिम्मेदार लोगों ने मुश्किल हालात को संभाला और बात को आगे बढ़ने नहीं दिया गया, लेकिन पुलिस प्रशासन चाहता था कि सब कुछ तबाह कर दिया जाए। मेरे पास एक वीडियो है, जिसमें पुलिस अधिकारी कहते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं कि 500 नहीं बल्कि 5,000 घर भी हमें बर्बाद करने पड़े तो करेंगे।”,सपा सांसद ने शाही जामा मस्जिद के सर्वे को लेकर भी सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा, “अगर किसी के घर का सर्वे होना है और वह यह बात जानता ही नहीं है कि तो कोई भी प्लानिंग कैसे करेगा? बल्कि प्लानिंग करने वाले तो वो लोग हैं, जो सर्वे करने के लिए आने वाले थे। इसी के तहत सरकारी असलहों के साथ-साथ प्राइवेट असलहों का भी पुलिस अधिकारियों ने इस्तेमाल किया है, ताकि कोई सबूत ना मिल सके। मुझे इस घटना का अफसोस है, यह मानवता को झकझोर देने वाली घटना है। इस हिंसा के जरिए एकता को तोड़ने की कोशिश की गई है और संविधान की धज्जियां उड़ाई गई है।”
