बरहज मे पंडित राम प्रसाद बिस्मिल एवं बाबा राघव दास के समाधि स्थल को पर्यटन स्थल बनाने की उठीं मांग
Barhaj, Deoria. On Wednesday afternoon in Palia, city resident and social worker Shri Prakash Pal said that Barhaj is more developed than ever before but whatever government comes and goes, he said that this city is known by the name of Char Dham but till date no one has raised voice to declare the Samadhi Sthal of Baba Raghav Das and Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil as a tourist destination. People do come here from far off places to take bath but no one has thought about the condition of Saryu river ghat. My demand is that the Samadhi Sthal of Baba Raghav Das and Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil and Barhaj city should be declared a tourist destination. Kamlesh Shukla said that this city is the Taposthali of Baba Raghav Das. Baba Raghav Das was known as the Gandhi of Purvanchal but in today's time, the Samadhi of Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil built in Baba Raghav Das Vidyalaya has also become a center of neglect. No public representative has thought about the Samadhi Sthal built in the ashram, whereas this Samadhi Sthal is famous all over India. The heritage which should be developed is getting destroyed but no public representative has focused the attention of the government here so that this city can develop. The holy stream of Saryu flows on the south side of the city, in which all the troubles of the people are removed by just taking a bath. Rishi Muni used to do penance here, due to which Barhaj is known as Char Dham, but there is no temple of Char Dham here. He said that I demand from the Tourism Department through a letter that the city should be declared a tourist place so that the city can develop. On this occasion, Nandkumar Yadav, Mahendra Nath, Ratnesh Prasad, Bindu Kumar, Golu Pandey, Surendra Yadav, Dinesh Yadav, Ramesh, Harishankar were present.

समाज सेवी श्री प्रकाश पाल ने कहा कि बरहज आज के समय में पहले से कहीं ज्यादा विकसित होगा लेकिन जो भी सरका रेआती हैं चली जाती हैं उन्होंने कहा कि यह नगर चार धाम के नाम से जाना जाता है लेकिन बाबा राघव दास एवं पंडित राम प्रसाद बिस्मिल यह समाधि स्थल को पर्यटन स्थल घोषित करने के लिए किसी ने आज तक आवाज नहीं उठाई यहां पर स्नान करने के लिए दूर-दूर से लोग अवश्य आते हैं लेकिन सरयू नदी घाट की भी दशा पर किसी ने कोई विचार नहीं किया गया मेरी मांग है की बाबा राघव दास एवं पंडित राम प्रसाद बिस्मिल की समाधि स्थल को एवं बरहज नगर को पर्यटन स्थल घोषित किया जाए।कमलेश शुक्ला शुक्ला ने बताया कि यह नगर बाबा राघव दास की तपोस्थली है। बाबा राघव दास को पूर्वांचल के गांधी के नाम से जाना जाता था लेकिन आज के समय में बाबा राघव दास विद्यालय में बने पंडित राम प्रसाद बिस्मिल का समाधि भी उपेक्षा का केंद्र बना हुआ है किसी जनप्रतिनिधि ने आश्रम में बने समाधि स्थल के तरफ विचार नहीं किया जबकि यह समाधि स्थल पूरे भारत में विख्यात है। जिसका विकास होना चाहिए वह धरोहर धराशाही होती जा रही है लेकिन किसी जनप्रतिनिधि ने सरकार का ध्यान इधर केंद्रित नहीं कराया जिससे इस नगर का विकास हो सके। सरयू की पावन धरा नगर के दक्षिण तरफ प्रवाहित होती है जिसमें स्नान करने मात्र से लोगों के सारे कष्ट दूर हो जाते हैं ऋषि मुनि यहां पर तपस्या करते थे जिससे बरहज चार धाम के नाम से जाना जाता है लेकिन यहां पर चार धाम का मंदिर नहीं है उन्होंने बताया कि मैं पर्यटन विभाग से पत्र के माध्यम से मांग करता हूं की नगर को पर्यटन स्थल घोषित किया जाए जिससे नगर का विकास हो सके।
