Azamgarh news:तमंचा कारतूस के साथ पकड़ा गया अबू सहमा
Azamgarh, October 11:- Phulpur Kotwali police arrested an accused with illegal pistol and cartridges and sent him to jail. One illegal pistol of .315 bore and one live cartridge of .315 bore were recovered from the possession of the arrested accused. On Saturday, on the information of an informer, Sub Inspector Rajjan Dwivedi of Phulpur police station, Azamgarh along with his team arrested accused Abu Sahama son of Alauddin, resident of village Dhannipur Bahav, police station Phulpur, district Azamgarh, aged about 32 years, with one illegal pistol of 315 bore and one live cartridge of 315 bore from near a house built near village Belsiya Mod at around 22.54 pm. On the basis of arrest and recovery, FIR No. 495/2025 under section 3/25 Arms Act has been registered at the local police station. Other further legal proceedings are underway.
आजमगढ़ 11 अक्टूबर :-फूलपुर कोतवाली पुलिस ने अवैध तमंचा व कारतूस के साथ एक अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया।गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त के कब्जे से एक अदद अवैध तमंचा .315 बोर व एक अदद जिन्दा कारतूस .315 बोर बरामद किया गया। शनिवार को उ0नि0 रज्जन द्विवेदी थाना फूलपुर,आजमगढ़ मय हमराह द्वारा मुखबिर की सूचना पर ग्राम बेलसिय मोड़ के पास बने मकान के बगल से समय करीब 22.54 बजे एक अदद नाजायज तमंचा 315 बोर व एक अदद जिन्दा कारतूस 315 बोर के साथ अभियुक्त अबू सहमा पुत्र अलाउद्दीन निवासी ग्राम धन्नीपुर बहाव थाना फूलपुर जनपद आजमगढ़ उम्र करीब 32 वर्ष को गिरफ्तार किया गया। गिरफ्तारी व बरामदगी के आधार पर थाना स्थानीय पर मु0अ0सं0 495/2025 धारा 3/25 आर्म्स एक्ट पंजीकृत है। अन्य अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही प्रचलित है।
