The incident is said to have taken place around 11 am on Monday. The victim Anil Kumar Jharia has complained to the municipal corporation officials about this incident. It is being told that there was a dispute between BJP booth president Amit Dwivedi and Anil Kumar Jharia on Sunday over government land in Tripuri ward. As soon as the information was received, local councilor Sunil Puri Goswami reached the spot and calmed the dispute. The councilor also informed the Tilwara police station and called them to the spot, after which the ruckus was calmed down. On Monday, the Dwivedi and Jharia families living in Tripuri ward clashed again. The incident took place near Shahnala. Here Anil Kumar is getting construction done near his house. The BJP leader was claiming this place as his own. There was a fierce dispute between the two sides regarding this matter. After abusing each other, the situation became such that Anil and Amit clashed with each other and then there was a fierce fight between the two. Soon after, Amit Dwivedi's family members also reached the spot and Anil Kumar was beaten up in public. Victim Anil Kumar alleged that Amit Dwivedi wants to occupy the land on which we have been living for 30 years. He wants to divide the land into plots and sell them.
जबलपुर में भारतीय जनता पार्टी के बूथ अध्यक्ष का एक वीडियो सामने आया है। वीडियो में वह परिवार वालों के साथ मिलकर एक व्यक्ति के साथ मारपीट करते नजर आ रहे हैं। घटना सोमवार सुबह करीब 11 बजे की बताई जा रही है। पीड़ित व्यक्ति अनिल कुमार झारिया ने इस घटनाक्रम को लेकर नगर निगम के अधिकारियों से शिकायत की है। बताया जा रहा है कि त्रिपुरी वार्ड में शासकीय जमीन को लेकर रविवार को भाजपा बूथ अध्यक्ष अमित द्विवेदी और अनिल कुमार झारिया के बीच विवाद हुआ था। जानकारी मिलते ही स्थानीय पार्षद सुनील पुरी गोस्वामी मौके पर पहुंचे और विवाद को शांत करवाया। पार्षद ने तिलवारा थाना पुलिस को भी सूचना देकर मौके पर बुलाया, जिसके बाद हंगामा शांत हो गया था। सोमवार को त्रिपुरी वार्ड में रहने वाले द्विवेदी और झारिया परिवार फिर भिड़ गए।
घटना शाहनाला के पास की है। यहां अनिल कुमार अपने घर के पास निर्माण करा रहे हैं। इस स्थान को भाजपा नेता अपना बता रहे थे। इसी बात को लेकर दोनों पक्षों में जमकर विवाद हुआ।गाली-गलौज के बाद हालात ऐसे बन गए कि अनिल और अमित एक दूसरे से भिड़ गए और फिर दोनों के बीच जमकर मारपीट हुई। कुछ ही देर बाद अमित द्विवेदी के परिवार वाले भी मौके पर पहुंच गए और उसके बाद सरेराह अनिल कुमार के साथ मारपीट की गई।पीढ़ित अनिल कुमार ने आरोप लगाया कि जिस जमीन पर हम 30 साल से रह रहे हैं, उस जमीन पर अमित द्विवेदी कब्जा करना चाहता है। वहां पर प्लाट काटकर बेचना चाहता है।
