Congress leader and leader of opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi was stopped at Ghazipur border while going to Sambhal. There was a tussle between him and the police for a long time. I am ready to go with the police. But even then they did not agree and now they are telling us that if we come back in a few days, they will let us go. This is against the rights of the leader of the opposition.”,संभल:कांग्रेस नेता और लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी को संभल जाने के क्रम में गाजीपुर बॉर्डर पर रोक दिया गया। काफी देर तक पुलिस और उनके बीच तनातनी चली। इसके बाद पुलिस ने उन्हें संभल नहीं जाने दिया।पुलिस द्वारा रोके जाने के बाद राहुल गांधी ने कहा, “हम संभल जाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। लेकिन, पुलिस हमें मना कर रही है। हमें वहां जाने की इजाजत नहीं दे रही है। एक नेता प्रतिपक्ष होने के नाते यह मेरा अधिकार बनता है कि मैं वहां जाऊं। लेकिन, फिर भी मुझे रोका जा रहा है।”,उन्होंने कहा, “मैंने कहा कि मैं अकेला जाने के लिए तैयार हूं। मैं पुलिस के साथ जाने के लिए तैयार हूं। लेकिन, वो तब भी तैयार नहीं हुए और अब वो हमें कह रहे हैं कि कुछ दिनों में अगर हम वापस आएंगे, तो वो हमें जाने देंगे। यह नेता प्रतिपक्ष के अधिकारों के खिलाफ है।”,इस बीच, राहुल ने अपने हाथ पर संविधान उठाते हुए कहा, “यह संविधान के खिलाफ है। हम जाकर वहां देखना चाहते हैं कि वहां क्या हुआ है। लेकिन, हमें रोका जा रहा है। हम लोगों से मिलना चाहते हैं। लेकिन, मेरा जो संवैधानिक अधिकार है, वो मुझे नहीं दिया जा रहा है। ”,उन्होंने कहा, “यह एक नया हिंदुस्तान है, जिसमें संविधान को खत्म करने की कोशिश की जा रही है। इस नए हिंदुस्तान में अंबेडकर के संविधान को खत्म करने की कोशिश की जा रही है। मगर , हम लड़ते रहेंगे।”,राहुल गांधी को रोके जाने पर उनकी बहन और कांग्रेस की वरिष्ठ नेता प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने भी नाराजगी जाहिर की।उन्होंने कहा, “राहुल गांधी प्रतिपक्ष के नेता हैं। ऐसे में संभल जाना उनका संवैधानिक अधिकार है। उन्हें अनुमति मिलनी चाहिए, ताकि वो पीड़ित परिवारों से जाकर मुलाकात करें। राहुल गांधी अकेले जाकर पीड़ितों के परिवारों से मुलाकात कर सकते हैं। लेकिन, इस पर भी पुलिस कोई जवाब नहीं दे रही है।”,बता दें कि राहुल गांधी संभल जाने के लिए बुधवार सुबह अपनी पार्टी के नेताओं के साथ रवाना हुए। लेकिन, जैसे ही वो गाजीपुर बॉर्डर पर पहुंचे, तो उन्हें यूपी पुलिस ने रोक लिया।संभल में इस समय धारा 163 लागू है।Meanwhile, Rahul, while raising the Constitution in his hand, said, “This is against the Constitution. We want to go there and see what has happened there. But, we are being stopped. We want to meet the people. But, I am not being given my constitutional right.” He said, “This is a new India, in which attempts are being made to abolish the Constitution. In this new India, attempts are being made to abolish Ambedkar’s Constitution. But, we will keep fighting.” Rahul Gandhi’s sister and senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also expressed displeasure over his being stopped. She said, “Rahul Gandhi is the leader of the opposition. In such a situation, it is his constitutional right to go to Sambhal. He should be given permission so that he can go and meet the victim families. Rahul Gandhi can go alone and meet the victims’ families. But, the police is not giving any answer to this also.” Let us tell you that Rahul Gandhi left with his party leaders on Wednesday morning to go to Sambhal. But, as soon as he reached Ghazipur border, he was stopped by UP police. Section 163 is currently in force in Sambhal.
