Bihar:। बिहार में विपक्ष के नेता तेजस्वी यादव छात्रों की समस्या को लेकर लगातार सवाल उठा रहे हैं। दो दिन पहले बिहार राज्य स्वास्थ्य समिति की ओर से आयोजित सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य पदाधिकारी (सीएचओ) की परीक्षा रद्द करने को लेकर भी राजद नेता ने सवाल उठाए। अब बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग (बीपीएससी) की परीक्षा के फॉर्म भरने में हो रही दिक्कत को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को पत्र लिखा है।Patna: Leader of Opposition in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav, is constantly raising questions about the problems of students. Now he has written a letter to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar regarding the problem in filling the form for the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination.बिहार के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव ने बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग की 70वीं संयुक्त प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में अभ्यर्थियों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए सीएम को लिखे पत्र में कहा कि आयोग के सर्वर की खामी के कारण फॉर्म भरने की आखिरी तारीख से दो-तीन दिन पहले सर्वर के ठीक से कार्य नहीं करने के कारण लाखों अभ्यर्थी फॉर्म भरने से वंचित रह गए थे, जो उनके भविष्य और सतत परिश्रम के लिए एक आघात है।उन्होंने पत्र में लिखा, “स्वयं अपनी ही विफलता के लिए आयोग द्वारा फॉर्म भरने में असमर्थ रहे अभ्यर्थियों को ही उल्टे अगंभीर ठहरा देना अफसरशाही के अहंकार और तानाशाही को प्रदर्शित करता है।”,इसके अलावा, अभ्यर्थियों और अभिभावकों को अभी तक यह जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई कि आयोग सामान्यीकरण या नॉर्मलाइजेशन लागू करेगा या नहीं। फॉर्म भरवा लेने के बाद भी अभ्यर्थियों को अभी तक पूरी परीक्षा पद्धति की जानकारी नहीं है, जो उनके लिए अन्यायपूर्ण है।तेजस्वी यादव ने अभ्यर्थियों के हित में परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को पांच अतिरिक्त दिन का समय दिए जाने की मांग की है, ताकि आयोग की नाकामी अथवा सर्वर की खामी के कारण जो अभ्यर्थी फॉर्म नहीं भर सके, वे फॉर्म भर पाएं।आयोग की 70वीं बीपीएससी की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा की तिथि आगे बढ़ाने तथा नॉर्मलाइजेशन पर अपनी नीति स्पष्ट करने की भी तेजस्वी ने मांग की है। उचित होगा कि सामान्यीकरण की विवादित और अन्यायपूर्ण प्रक्रिया से बचा जाए।तेजस्वी ने मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार से मांग की है कि परीक्षा एक दिन, एक शिफ्ट, एक पेपर, एक पैटर्न में लिया जाए जिसमें पेपर लीक नहीं हो। पत्र के अंत में तेजस्वी यादव ने आशा व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि आप इन मांगों पर सहानुभूति पूर्वक विचार करेंगे और अभ्यर्थियों की समस्याओं का समाधान करेंगें।Former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav, in a letter written to the CM for resolving the problems of candidates in the 70th Combined Preliminary Examination of Bihar Public Service Commission, said that due to the fault in the server of the commission, two-three days before the last date of filling the form, lakhs of candidates were deprived of filling the form, which is a setback for their future and continuous hard work. In the interest of the candidates, Tejashwi Yadav has demanded that five additional days be given to the candidates to fill the examination form, so that those candidates who could not fill the form due to the failure of the commission or server fault, can fill the form. Tejashwi has also demanded to extend the date of the 70th BPSC preliminary examination of the commission and clarify its policy on normalization. It would be appropriate to avoid the controversial and unjust process of normalization. Tejashwi has demanded from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar that the examination should be conducted on one day, one shift, one paper, one pattern in which the paper is not leaked. At the end of the letter, Tejashwi Yadav expressed hope and said that you will consider these demands sympathetically and solve the problems of the candidates.
