भारतीय जाँच एजेंसी को मिली बड़ी सफलता,सीमा पार हथियार तस्करी मामले में मिजोरम के अंदर एनआईए की छापेमारी मे तीन गिरफ्तार

New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday arrested three people during raids in Mizoram in connection with cross-border smuggling of arms and ammunition. The accused Lalrinchunga, Vanlaldelova and Lalmuanpuia were arrested. All three were found to be related to the accused and suspects arrested earlier in the case registered last year. They were actively involved in explosives, arms and ammunition smuggling networks. Among the locations raided in Mammit, Serchip and Aizawl districts was a gunhouse. A large number of arms, ammunition, explosives, weapon-making equipment and tools, digital devices and other incriminating items were seized during the search conducted under the ongoing investigation of the NIA. The agency registered a case under relevant sections of the IPC, UAPA, Explosive Substances Act 1908 and the Arms Act in New Delhi on 26 December 2023. The NIA had initiated an investigation into the case based on inputs that some organizations located in Mizoram were illegal. They are engaged in business and are running a syndicate involved in smuggling arms, ammunition, explosives etc. in the north-eastern region of the country. A charge sheet was earlier filed against accused Lalangaihavma in July and Solomona alias Haminga alias Lalmithanga in November in the case. The agency is investigating the conspiracy behind arms and explosives smuggling in Mizoram and other North-Eastern states. is

नई दिल्ली: राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) ने हथियारों और गोला-बारूद की सीमा पार तस्करी के मामले में शुक्रवार को मिजोरम में छापेमारी के दौरान तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया।एनआईए ने शनिवार को बताया कि मिजोरम में छह स्थानों पर व्यापक तलाशी के बाद आरोपी लालरिंचुंगा, वनलालडेलोवा और लालमुआनपुइया की गिरफ्तारी हुई। तीनों का संबंध पिछले साल दर्ज इस मामले में पहले से गिरफ्तार आरोपियों और संदिग्धों से पाया गया। वे विस्फोटक, हथियार और गोला-बारूद की तस्करी के नेटवर्क में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल थे।मम्मिट, सेरचिप और आइजोल जिलों में जिन स्थानों पर छापेमारी की गई उनमें एक गनहाउस भी शामिल था। एनआईए की चल रही जांच के तहत की गई तलाशी के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में हथियार, गोला-बारूद, विस्फोटक, हथियार निर्माण उपकरण और औजार, डिजिटल डिवाइस और अन्य आपत्तिजनक वस्तुएं जब्त की गईं। एजेंसी ने 26 दिसंबर 2023 को नई दिल्ली में आईपीसी, यूएपीए, विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम 1908 और शस्त्र अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया था।एनआईए ने इस मामले की जांच इस इनपुट के आधार पर शुरू की थी कि मिजोरम स्थित कुछ संस्थाएं अवैध कारोबार में लिप्त हैं और देश के उत्तर-पूर्वी क्षेत्र में हथियार, गोला-बारूद, विस्फोटक आदि की तस्करी में शामिल एक सिंडिकेट चला रही हैं। मामले में इससे पहले जुलाई में आरोपी लालंगईहावमा और नवंबर में सोलोमोना उर्फ हमिंगा उर्फ लालमिथंगा के खिलाफ आरोप पत्र दायर किया था।एजेंसी मिजोरम और अन्य उत्तर-पूर्वी राज्यों में हथियारों और विस्फोटकों की तस्करी के पीछे की साजिश का पता लगाने के लिए जांच कर रही है।
