SP MP Dharmendra Yadav is confused about this train with the railway minister, why is there a train from Azamgarh to Mumbai?
In the winter session of the Parliament, MPs are seen raising all the issues related to the Ministry of Railways. Samajwadi Party MP from Azamgarh Dharmendra Yadav raised the issue of restarting trains from Azamgarh to Mumbai on Wednesday. Most people of Azamgarh are connected to Mumbai for business, education and other reasons. A train used to run from Azamgarh to Mumbai, that train was stopped due to Corona yesterday. Ab tak that train is closed. After the corona period, when the situation became normal, all the things increased, then why are the facilities of the common people being cut. When will the minister start the train from Azamgarh to Mumbai?
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav answered MP Dharmendra Yadav’s questions in detail. Vaishnav said that Corona has nothing to do with it. The maintenance of the railway track is good so the track has to be kept free for three to four hours. Many countries in the world keep the track free for up to 6 hours for maintenance. We did not invest in railways for 50 to 60 years. Now the investment has been made, new tracks are being made. New method is working. Due to this reason many stoppages had to be removed and many trains also had to be rescheduled. Last year 5300 new tracks were made. As new tracks are being built, new trains are running. Vande Bharat, Amrit Bharat was launched. The government is working to provide more new facilities in the next five years. However, Dharmendra Yadav was not satisfied with the Railway Minister’s reply and kept demanding Azamgarh for a long time.
