उत्तर प्रदेश उपचुनाव: 9 बजे तक 9.67 फीसदी मतदान

लखनऊ: उत्तर प्रदेश की नौ सीटों पर बुधवार को सुबह सात बजे से मतदान शुरू है। नौ बजे तक 9.67 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ है। चुनाव आयोग के अनुसार, मुरादाबाद की कुंदरकी सीट पर नौ बजे तक सबसे अधिक 13.59 फीसद मतदान हुआ है। वहीं, गाजियाबाद सीट पर सबसे कम 5.36 प्रतिशत वोट डाले गए हैं।चुनाव आयोग से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार मीरापुर में 13.01 प्रतिशत, कुंदरकी 13.59, गाजियाबाद 5.36, खैर 9.03, करहल 9.67, सीसामाऊ 5.73, फूलपुर 8.83, कटेहरी 11.48, मंजवन में 10.55 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ है।समाजवादी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव रामगोपाल यादव ने कहा, “ईमानदारी से भाजपा एक भी सीट नहीं जीत सकती। कानून व्यवस्था ध्वस्त हो चुकी है। बंटवारे की नीतियों के चलते सभी लोग दुखी हैं। अशांति में नुकसान सभी का होता है। रुझान समाजवादी पार्टी के पक्ष में है।इस बीच समाजवादी पार्टी ने सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से चुनाव आयोग से शिकायत की। सपा ने चुनाव आयोग से अपील की और कहा कि निष्पक्ष मतदान सुनिश्चित हों। कानपुर की सीसामऊ विधानसभा के वॉर्ड 71 में हमीम कॉलेज पर पुलिस द्वारा मतदाताओं को वोट डालने से रोका जा रहा है। संज्ञान ले चुनाव आयोग, निष्पक्ष मतदान सुनिश्चित हों।प्रदेश में नौ विधानसभा सीटों पर उपचुनाव के लिए मीरापुर, कुन्दरकी, गाजियाबाद, खैर (अजा.), करहल, सीसामऊ, फूलपुर, कटेहरी और मझवां सीट पर मतदान जारी है। नौ सीटों पर कुल 90 प्रत्याशी चुनाव मैदान में हैं, जिनके भाग्य का फैसला होगा। मतदान के लिए चुनाव आयोग ने व्यापक तैयारियां की हैं। कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बीच मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर रहे हैं।उल्लेखनीय है कि इन उपचुनावों के साथ महाराष्ट्र और झारखंड के विधानसभा चुनावों में भी मतदान किया जा रहा है। झारखंड में दूसरे चरण और महाराष्ट्र में एक ही चरण में आज मतदान सम्पन्न होना है। उपचुनाव और चुनाव के परिणाम 23 नवंबर को घोषित किए जाएंगे।
