फर्जी नौकरी पाने के लिए अभ्यार्थियों ने खूब लिए थे कर्ज,आखिर फर्जी नियुक्ति मामले में एडी बेसिक मनोज मिश्रा सहित 9 पर होही गया मुकदमा दर्ज,शिक्षा माफियाओं मे मचा हड़कंप होली पर्व पर खुशियों की जगह घरों मे छायी मायूसी

आजमगढ़ 13 मार्च:जिले में बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी सहित जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक पद पर कार्य कर चुके वर्तमान में एडी बेसिक आजमगढ़ मनोज मिश्रा सहित नौ के विरूद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया है। यह मुकदमा वर्तमान बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी राजीव कुमार पाठक की तहरीर पर संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक की जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर सिधारी थाने में दर्ज किया गया है। श्रीमती परमा देवी जायसवाल बालिका जूनियर हाईस्कूल सरदहां में पांच फर्जी शिक्षिकाओं के नियुक्ति के मामले में यह करवाई की गई है। मुकदमे में उस समय बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी पद पर कार्यरत मनोज कुमार मिश्रा तत्काल पटल सहायक, पटल सहायक डिस्पैच, कार्यालय से बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी, श्रीमती परमा देवी जायसवाल बा० जू० हा० सरदहा के प्रबन्धक जयकिशुन लाल गुप्ता, सहायक अध्यापिकाएं नमिता जायसवाल, चन्दा शुक्ला, उर्मिला यादव, बंदना यादव, सुमन यादव के विरूद्ध मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है। तहरीर के अनुसार संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक द्वारा जांच में परमा देवी जायवाल स्कूल में नियुक्त पांच शिक्षिका नमिता जायसवाल, चन्दा शुक्ला, उर्मिला यादव, बंदना यादव, सुमन यादव की फर्जी तरीके से नियुक्ति किये जाने, कोविड संक्रमण के चलते लॉकडाउन के समय साक्षात्कार आयोजित करने चयन, समिति में प्रधानाध्यापिका सहित सम्बन्धित विभागीय नामित पर्यवेक्षक जनार्दन यादव तत्कालीन खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी रानी की सराय का चार्ट पर फर्जी हस्ताक्षर बनाए जाने तथा पूर्व जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी अमरीश कुमार का चयन के लिए पूर्वानुमति विभागीय पर्यवेक्षक नामित करने व अनुमोदन प्रदान करने के साथ जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय के डिस्पैच रजिस्टर से छेड़छाड़ करने सहित अन्य कई गंभीर आरोप लगाए गए हैं। ज्ञात हो कि एडी बेसिक आजमगढ़ मनोज कुमार मिश्रा के ऊपर अन्य कई अनियमिताओं के आरोप लगे हैं। दर्ज मुकदमे में कई धाराओं में गिरफ्तारी भी हो सकती है। एडी बेसिक सहित नौ के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में दर्ज हुए मुकदमे में कहीं न कहीं जनपद में विभिन्न पदों पर तैनाती के दौरान उन पर लग रहे अनियमितता के अन्य आरोपों को बल देते हुये दिखाई दे रहे हैं। अभी यह देखना दिलचस्प रहेगा कि सरकार इस मामले में क्या कार्यवाही करती है।Azamgarh March 13: A case has been filed against nine people including Manoj Mishra, AD Basic Azamgarh, who has worked as District School Inspector along with Basic Education Officer in the district. This case has been registered in Sidhari police station on the basis of the investigation report of the Joint Director of Education on the complaint of the current Basic Education Officer Rajeev Kumar Pathak. This has been done in the case of appointment of five fake teachers in Mrs. Parma Devi Jaiswal Balika Junior High School Sardahan. In the case, a case has been registered against Manoj Kumar Mishra, immediate assistant board, board assistant dispatch, basic education officer from the office, Mrs. Parma Devi Jaiswal, manager of Jaikishun Lal Gupta, assistant teachers Namita Jaiswal, Chanda Shukla, Urmila Yadav, Bandana Yadav, Suman Yadav. According to Tahrir, in the investigation by the Joint Director of Education, Namita Jaiswal, Chanda Shukla, Urmila Yadav, Bandana Yadav, Suman Yadav, five teachers appointed in Parma Devi Jaiwal School were appointed in a fraudulent manner, selected to conduct interviews during the lockdown due to Kovid infection, the relevant departmental supervisor Janardan Yadav including the headmistress in the committee, for making fake signatures on the chart of the then Divisional Education Officer Rani Ki Sarai and selecting former District Basic Education Officer Amrish Kumar. Several other serious allegations have been made including tampering with the dispatch register of the District Basic Education Officer’s office along with nominating and giving approval to departmental supervisors with prior approval. It is known that AD Basic Azamgarh Manoj Kumar Mishra has been accused of many other irregularities. Arrest can also be made in several sections in the registered case. Somewhere in the case registered against nine including AD Basic in the case of corruption, they are seen emphasizing other allegations of irregularities while being posted to various posts in the district. It will be interesting to see what action the government takes in this matter.
