क्या भिवंडी मनपा प्रशासन का भ्रष्टाचार से है पुराना नाता?
Bhiwandi - Isn't the Bhiwandi city Nizampur Municipal Administration a long standing relation of corruption and bribery? Bribes have to be given for every work, big or small. Bribes are taken from the poorest of the poor, the richest of the rich citizens and businessmen. In other words, bribes are demanded from 25 paise to 1 rupee to lakhs of rupees. Today, the administrative system of Bhiwandi has become a business of corruption. In Bhiwandi Municipal Corporation, bribes are demanded by the officials in all the departments, be it permission for new building, business permission, birth and death registration, industrial permit, vegetable vendor, handcart vendor, and process for basic facilities. Without bribe, files for building construction remain pending for months. In the permit department, money is demanded for licenses related to handcart vendors and small traders. In the tax department, "gifts" have to be given even for levying property tax or for low assessment. A local resident leader told that he had to pay a bribe of lakhs to get the file for his building construction passed. Not only this, bribes are given even for not coming to work and showing attendance. Bribes are bid for contractors from issuing bills to getting contracts. When a senior officer was contacted on these allegations of corruption, he dismissed them as normal complaints. However, the ground reality is that bribery and corruption have become institutionalized in the administrative system. Citizens have demanded the administration and the state government to find a solution to this problem. They say that this situation can be improved by digitizing administrative work and taking strict action against corrupt officials. It is necessary to appoint an independent investigation committee and punish the officials involved in bribery. This situation of corruption in Bhiwandi is not only weakening the administrative system, but is also hurting the trust of the general public. If this problem is not resolved soon, it will have a deep impact on local development and civic life.

भिवंडी – भिवंडी शहर निजामपुर नगरपालिका प्रशासन भ्रष्टाचार और रिश्वतखोरी का क्या पुराना नाता तो नहीं? छोटे-बड़े प्रत्येक कामों के लिए रिश्वत देना पड़ता है। गरीब से गरीब , अमीर से अमीर नागरिकों तथा व्यापारियों तक से रिश्वत ली जाती हैं। यूं कहे की चवन्नी अठन्नी एक रुपये से लेकर लाखों रुपये तक की रिश्वत खोरी की मांग की जाती हैं। आज भिवंडी का प्रशासनिक तंत्र भ्रष्टाचार रूपी ब्यापार बन गया है।
भिवंडी मनपा में नई इमार, की अनुमति,व्यवसायिक संबधी अनुमती, जन्म मृत्यु दाखला, औद्योगिक परवांनगी,भाजी पाला हाथगाडी़ व्यापारी, व बुनियादी सुविधाओं के लियये प्रक्रिया, सभी विभागों में अधिकारियों द्वारा रिश्वत की मांग की जाती है। भवन निर्माण की इजाजत की बगैर रिश्वत के फाइलें महीनों महीनों तक लंबित रहती हैं। परवाना विभाग तो हांथ गाडी़
रेहडी पटरी वालों और छोटे छोटे व्यापारियों से संबधित लाइसेंस के लिये पैसे की मांग की जाती है। कर विभाग में प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स लगाने या कम आकलन के लिए भी “गिफ्ट” देना पड़ता है। एक स्थानीय निवासी नेता ने बताया कि अपने भवन निर्माण के लिये फाइल पास करवाने के लिए उन्हें लाखों की रिश्वत देनी पड़ी। यही नहीं काम पर नहीं आने व हाज़िरी में उपस्थिति दिखाने तक की रिश्वत दी जाती है। ठेकेदारो को बिल निकालने से लेकर ठेका लेने तक रिश्वत की बोली लगती है। भ्रष्टाचार के इन आरोपों पर जब एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी से संपर्क किया गया, तो उन्होंने इन्हें सामान्य शिकायतें बताते हुए खारिज कर दिया।
हालांकि, जमीनी हकीकत यह है कि प्रशासनिक तंत्र में रिश्वतखोरी और भ्रष्टाचार संस्थागत रूप ले चुके हैं। नागरिकों ने प्रशासन और राज्य सरकार से इस समस्या का समाधान निकालने की मांग की है। उनका कहना है कि प्रशासनिक कार्यों को डिजिटल करने और भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई से इस स्थिति में सुधार हो सकता है। स्वतंत्र जांच समिति की नियुक्ति और रिश्वतखोरी में लिप्त अधिकारियों को दंडित करना आवश्यक है। भिवंडी में भ्रष्टाचार की यह स्थिति न केवल प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था को कमजोर कर रही है, बल्कि आम जनता के विश्वास को भी चोट पहुंचा रही है। यदि इस समस्या का शीघ्र समाधान नहीं किया गया, तो इसका प्रभाव स्थानीय विकास और नागरिक जीवन पर गहरा पड़ेगा।
