Mau News:मोहम्मदाबाद पुलिस ने अपहरण के मुकदमे से सम्बन्धित वांछित 03 आरोपियो की गिरफ्तारी।
Mau: Mohammadabad Gohna. As per the order of the Superintendent of Police and under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police and under the direction of CO Muhammadabad Gohna and Inspector in charge of Muhammadabad Gohna police station, on Saturday, SI Vaibhav Pandey, Head Constable Shiv Narayan, Constable Anurag Yadav, Constable Rajesh Patel were present in the area. Then through a special information was received that the wanted accused related to FIR No. 322/2025 have come to talk to someone near Bhujhi Mod bridge. On this information, when the police force reached the people standing at Bhujhi Mod bridge, they got scared on seeing the police and started moving here and there, but were caught with the help of the accompanying police force. When the names and addresses of the arrested persons were asked one by one, the first one told his name as Yashwant Vishwakarma alias Bhola son of Basudev Vishwakarma resident of Singhpur police station Mehanagar district Azamgarh age about 22 years, the second one told his name as Ajay Verma son of Sanjay Verma resident of Singhpur police station Mehanagar district Azamgarh age about 26 years, the third one told his name as Omprakash Yadav alias Sheru son of Vijendra Yadav resident of village Kharihani police station Tarwan district Azamgarh age about 20 years. When their bodies were searched, no suspicious object was found except the clothes they were wearing. And when strictly questioned, all three told that Sir, on 26th August, we came to Bhainsaha near Karanh in the car of Ashutosh Tripathi alias Anshu Master on his call. Where Ashutosh Tripathi told that Sonu Kumar son of Bhola Prasad, resident of village Chakjafri, who gets the work of cutting white wood done, has some money left and we have to take it from him. He will also come now and after a while Sonu Kumar came, we all got down from the car and were talking to him but he refused to give money, upon which all of us thrashed Sonu and made him sit in Ashutosh's car. And then Ashutosh was driving the car towards Chiraiyakot, when some people stopped us on the way, taking advantage of the opportunity, we ran away from there. Today we again came to talk when the police caught us. The accused, citing the above as the reason for arrest, were taken into police custody in FIR No. 322/2025 under Sections 140(3),115(2),352,351(3),318(4) BNS at about 10.35 AM and were challaned to the Hon'ble Court.
घोसी/मऊ: मोहम्मदाबादगोहना। पुलिस अधीक्षक के आदेशानुसार व अपर पुलिसअधीक्षक के पर्यवेक्षण में व सीओ मुहमदाबाद गोहना व प्रभारी निरीक्षक थाना मुहम्मदाबादगोहना के निर्देशन में शनिवार को एसआई वैभवपाण्डेय मयहमराहियो हे0का0 शिव नारायण ,का0 अनुराग यादव, का0 राजेशपटेल क्षेत्र में मौजूद थे। तभी जरिये मुखबिर खास सूचना मिलीं कि मु0अ0सं0 322/2025 से सम्बन्धित प्रकाश में आये वांछित अभियुक्तगण इस समय भुजहीं मोड़ पुलिया के पास किसी से बात चीत करने के लिए आये हुए हैं । इस सूचना पर पुलिस बल भुजहीं मोड़ पुलिया खड़े व्यक्तियों के पास पहुंचे तो वह पुलिस को देख कर घबडा इधर उधर हटना कर चाहे कि हमराही पुलिस बल की मदद से पकड़ लिये गये । पकड़े गये व्यक्तियों से बारी बारी नाम पता पूछा गया तो पहले ने अपना नाम यशवंत विश्वकर्मा उर्फ भोला पुत्र बासुदेव विश्वकर्मा ग्रा0 सिंहपुर थाना मेंहनगर जनपद आजमगढ़ उम्र करीब 22 वर्ष, दूसरे ने अपना नाम अजय वर्मा पुत्र संजय वर्मा निवासी सिंहपुर थाना मेंहनगर जनपद आजमगढ़ उम्र करीब 26 वर्ष, तीसरे ने अपना नाम ओमप्रकाशयादव उर्फ शेरू पुत्र विजेन्द्र यादव निवासी ग्राम खरिहानी थाना तरवां जनपद आजमगढ़ उम्र करीब 20 वर्ष बताया। जिनकी जमा तलाशी ली गयी तो अलावा पहने हुए कपड़ो के कोई संदिग्ध वस्तु बरामद नही हुआ । और कड़ाई से पूछ ताछ किया गया तो तीनो बता रहे हैं कि साहब हम लोग दिनांक 26 अगस्त को आशुतोष त्रिपाठी उर्फ अंशू मास्टर के बुलाने पर उसकी गाड़ी से करहां के पास भैंसहां आये थे। जहां आशुतोष त्रिपाठी बताया था कि यहीं ग्राम चकजाफरी का रहने वाला सोनू कुमार पुत्र भोला प्रसाद जो सफेदा कटवाने का काम कराता हैं, उसके पास कुछ पैसा बाकी हैं उसी को लेना है। अभी वह भी आयेगा और कुछ देर बाद सोनू कुमार आया उससे हम सब गाड़ी से उतरकर बात चीत कर रहे थे लेकिन वह पैसा देने से मना करने लगा जिस पर हम सभी लोगो द्वारा सोनू को मारपीट कर आशुतोष के गाड़ी मे बैठा दिये। और फिर आशुतोष गाड़ी चलाते हुए चिरैयाकोट की तरफ जा रहे थे कि रास्ते में कुछ लोग रुकवा लिये मौका पाकर हम लोग वहां से भाग गये थे। आज फिर बात चीत करने के लिए आये थे कि पुलिस ने पकड़ लिया। अभियुक्तगण उपरोक्त को कारण गिरफ्तारी बताते हुए मु0अ0सं0 322/2025 धारा 140(3),115(2),352,351(3),318(4) बीएनएस में समय करीब 10.35 बजे हिरासत पुलिस में लिया गया चालान मा0 न्यायालय किया गया ।
