Based on a complaint from Roshan Ram, a resident of Udmatiya Poonapar, the Ghosi Kotwali police have filed a case against two individuals from Punjab and Assam for allegedly defrauding him of ₹2 lakh by promising him a job abroad. According to the complaint filed by Roshan, a resident of Udmatiya Poonapar in the Ghosi area, Roshan Ram contacted Sardar Jagmohan Singh of Amritsar Rural, Punjab, a year and a half ago. He mentioned his business interests in Saudi Arabia, Canada, and other countries. Unemployed, the applicant was convinced by Sardar Jagmohan Singh's words and offered him a job in Saudi Arabia. Jagmohan Singh explained that his business included Kaushik Chaudhary, a resident of Chandmari Mahilanpur, Shiv Mandir Kamakhya, Assam, as well as Dhanjit Das, Shafikul Ali Khan, Rahul Thakur, and Ram Singh. When the applicant inquired about further details, Jagmohan Singh informed him that he first needed a passport and visa, demanding ₹2.1 million for the same. On this, I got convinced by their words and on their request, I sent Rs. lakhs to Kaushik Chaudhary's bank account between 13 June 2024 and 25 June 2024. When I repeatedly demanded the money from Sardar Jagmohan Singh and Kaushik Chaudhary due to delay in getting the job, they all started making excuses. Later they did not even answer my phone. They cheated me and did not give me visa, passport or job. In this regard, Kotwal Pramod Kumar Singh said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered and proceedings have been initiated.
घोसी। मऊ। घोसी कोतवाली पुलिस ने क्षेत्र के उदमतिया पूनापार निवासी रोशन राम की तहरीर पर विदेश में नौकरी दिलाने के नाम पर धोख़ा देकर रु दो लाख हड़पने को लेकर पंजाब प्रांत एवं आसाम के दो व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज किया है।
घोसीक्षेत्र के उदमतिया पूनापार निवासी रोशन द्वारा दर्ज कराये गये मुकदमा के अनुसार रोशन राम का डेढ़ साल पूर्व पंजाब के अमृतसर ग्रामीण के सरदार जगमोहन सिंह से सम्पर्क हुआ। जिसमें उन्होने ने अपना कारोबार सऊदी, कनाडा आदि में है। प्रार्थी बेरोजगार होने के कारण सरदार जगमोहन सिंह की बातों में आकर उनसे सऊदी मे नौकरी की बात कही। जिसपर उन्हों ने बताया कि मेरे बिजनस मे आसाम के चाँदमारी महिलान पुर, शिवमंदिर कामाख्या निवासी कौशिक चौधरी, के अलावा धनजीत दास, शफीकुल अली खान, राहुल ठाकुर, राम सिंह आदि लोग है। इस पर प्रार्थी ने अन्य जानकारी के विषय में बात किया तो सरदार जगमोहन सिंह ने बताया कि पहले पासपोर्ट , वीजा आदि की जरूरत है।इसके लिए रु 21 लाख देने की बात कही। इस पर उनकी बातो में आकर उनके कहने पर कौशिक चौधरी के बैंक खाते में 13 जून 024 से 25 जून 024 के बीच रू लाख भेज दिया। नौकरी मिलने मे देरी होने पर सरदार जगमोहन सिंह एवं कौशिक चौधरी से बार बार तगादा करने पर वे सभी हिला हवाली करने लगे। बाद में फोन भी नहीं रिसीव करते। उनलोगो ने मेरे साथ धोख़ा कर ना वीजा, न पासपोर्ट दिये न नौकरी दिये। इस सम्बन्ध में कोतवाल प्रमेंद्रकुमारसिंह ने बताया कि तहरीर के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर कार्यवाही शुरू हो गई है।
