एमओसी का नया सेंटर बना कैंसर पीड़ितों की उम्मीद का ठिकाना
मुंबई : कैंसर—एक ऐसा शब्द जो सुनते ही दिल में डर और अनिश्चितता भर देता है। लेकिन इसी डर के बीच अगर इलाज पास हो, भरोसेमंद हो और संवेदनशील भी, तो उम्मीद की किरण और मजबूत हो जाती है। इसी सोच को आगे बढ़ाते हुए एमओसी कैंसर केयर एंड रिसर्च सेंटर ने नवी मुंबई के वाशी में अपना नया अत्याधुनिक सेंटर शुरू किया है, जो न सिर्फ इलाज देगा, बल्कि मरीजों और उनके परिवारों को भावनात्मक सहारा भी प्रदान करेगा।
यह सेंटर मुंबई महानगर क्षेत्र में एमओसी का 10वां और देशभर में 27वां केंद्र बन गया है, जो कैंसर के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच बड़ी राहत लेकर आया है। यहां कीमोथेरेपी, इम्यूनोथेरेपी, टार्गेटेड थेरेपी और बोन मैरो ट्रांसप्लांट जैसी उन्नत सुविधाएं एक ही छत के नीचे उपलब्ध होंगी। मेडिकल ऑन्कोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. देवेंद्र पाल कहते हैं, “कैंसर के इलाज में सिर्फ तकनीक ही नहीं, संवेदनशीलता भी उतनी ही जरूरी है। हमारा प्रयास है कि हर मरीज को सुरक्षित और सुलभ इलाज मिले।” वहीं, डॉ. कस्तूरी बरुआह का मानना है, “दूरी या आर्थिक बाधाएं अब किसी मरीज के इलाज में रुकावट नहीं बननी चाहिए।”
एमओसी के सीईओ मनीष जोबनपुत्रा ने भी इस पहल को मरीज-केंद्रित बताते हुए कहा कि उनका लक्ष्य है—हर व्यक्ति तक गुणवत्तापूर्ण और भरोसेमंद इलाज पहुंचाना। वाशी का यह नया सेंटर सचमुच उम्मीद, उपचार और इंसानियत का संगम बनकर उभरा है।
