भिवंडी शहर के सड़को पर बने खड्डों को लेकर मानवाधिकार ने उठाए कठोर कदम
Bhiwandi - Citizens of the dilapidated Bhiwandi city are troubled due to heavy traffic problems caused by potholes on the roads. It seems as if potholes and roads have an old relationship. Regarding this problem of the citizens, the State Human Rights Commission itself has filed a *suo moto* petition and exposed this matter. During the hearing on the petition, it was revealed that every authority is engaged in putting its responsibility on others. On this, the Chairman of the Commission, KK Tated has also directed the Chief Secretary of the state to call a meeting of all the concerned departments and find a permanent solution to this problem by including him in the process. Despite the strictness of the Commission, the roads of Bhiwandi are still in a bad condition. Petitioner Ashok Jain filed a new affidavit on 7 August 2024 and exposed the pathetic condition of the roads of the city. Along with the photographs of the potholes, he also presented letters sent to the commission by various organizations of the city such as Indian Medical Association, Bhiwandi Bar Association and other organizations. On November 25, Ashok Jain submitted new photographs of the potholes to the commission. The Bhiwandi Municipal Administration raised questions on these photographs and called some of the photographs old. On this, the Commission ordered both the parties to conduct a joint inspection and submit a report based on the truth. On Wednesday, Municipal Corporation's city engineer Jamil Patel, petitioner Ashok Jain and other officials inspected the potholes of the city. After the inspection, it became clear that the problem remains as it is. Despite the Commission's intervention and the Municipal Corporation spending crores of rupees, the problem of potholes has not been resolved. Citizens have expressed concern over this negligence and have questioned that till when will this issue be postponed by risking their lives. Will the administration still try to escape from its responsibility, or will the citizens of Bhiwandi get relief from these potholes? The question is serious and the whole city is waiting for the answer.

भिवंडी – बदहाल भिवंडी शहर की सड़कों पर बने खड्डों से भारी यातायात की समस्या के कारण नागरिक त्रस्त हो चुके हैं। ऐसा लगता है कि मानो खड्डों और सड़ का पुराना नाता है। नागरिकों की इस परेशानी को लेकर राज्य मानवाधिकार आयोग ने खुद *सुओ मोटो* याचिका दर्ज कर इस मामले को उजागर किया है। याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान खुलासा हुआ कि हर प्राधिकरण अपनी अपनी जिम्मेदारी दूसरों पर डालने में लगा हुआ है। इस पर आयोग के अध्यक्ष के.के. तातेड ने राज्य के मुख्य सचिव को भी प्रक्रिया में शामिल कर सभी संबंधित विभागों की बैठक बुलाने और इस समस्या का स्थायी समाधान निकालने का निर्देश दिया है।आयोग की सख्ती के बावजूद भिवंडी की सड़कें बदहाल स्थिति में आज भी हैं। याचिका कर्ता अशोक जैन ने ७ अगस्त २०२४ को नया शपथ-पत्र दाखिल कर शहर की सड़कों की दयनीय स्थिति को उजागर किया। उन्होंने खड्डों की तस्वीरों के साथ-साथ शहर की विभिन्न संस्थाओं जैसे इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन, भिवंडी बार एसोसिएशन और अन्य संगठनों द्वारा आयोग को भेजे गए पत्र भी प्रस्तुत किए.25 नवंबर को अशोक जैन ने खड्डों की नई तस्वीरें आयोग को सौंपीं। इन तस्वीरों पर भिवंडी नगर पालिका प्रशासन ने सवाल उठाते हुए कुछ तस्वीरों को पुराना बताया। इस पर आयोग ने दोनों पक्षों को संयुक्त निरीक्षण कर सच्चाई पर आधारित रिपोर्ट सौंपने के आदेश दिए। बुधवार को नगर पालिका के शहर अभियंता जमील पटेल, याचिकाकर्ता अशोक जैन और अन्य अधिकारियों ने शहर के खड्डों का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के बाद यह साफ हो गया कि समस्या जस की तस बनी हुई है।आयोग के हस्तक्षेप और नगर पालिका द्वारा करोड़ों रुपये खर्च करने के बावजूद खड्डों की समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ है। नागरिकों ने इस लापरवाही पर चिंता जताई है और सवाल किया है कि आखिर कब तक उनकी जान जोखिम में डालकर इस मुद्दे को टाला जाएगा। क्या अब भी प्रशासन अपनी जिम्मेदारी से बचने का प्रयास करेगा, या भिवंडी के नागरिकों को इन खड्डों से राहत मिलेगी? सवाल गंभीर है और जवाब का इंतजार पूरा शहर कर रहा है।
