पोर्नोग्राफी मामले में ईडी ने बढ़ाई राज कुंद्रा की मुश्किलें, समन भेजकर पेश होने के निर्देश
Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken major action in the money laundering case related to pornography case. The ED has sent summons to businessman Raj Kundra, actress Gehna Vashisht and many other suspects in this case. All of them have been ordered to appear before the ED for investigation this week. ED officials conducted a search operation at Raj Kundra's residence in Juhu on Saturday, after which summons were issued to all of them. According to the information, this search operation was in connection with the investigation of money laundering related to pornography. The agency says that they are investigating suspicious activities related to the production and distribution of pornographic content through various apps and online platforms. Raj Kundra is accused of distributing pornographic content through online platforms, which was leading to money laundering activities. Gehna Vashisht and many other names have also come to the fore in this case, whom the ED will question. Under the investigation, it is also being seen that the people associated with this racket were earning huge amounts of money from the production and distribution of pornographic content. The names of many other prominent people are also likely to come out in the investigation being conducted by ED. After sending summons to Raj Kundra and other suspects, ED is now ready to expedite the investigation in this case. The investigating agency says that it can make more revelations in this case. मुंबई: पोर्नोग्राफी मामले से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। ईडी की ओर से इस मामले में बिजनेसमैन राज कुंद्रा, एक्ट्रेस गहना वशिष्ठ समेत अन्य कई संदिग्धों को समन भेजा गया है। इन सभी को इस सप्ताह ईडी के समक्ष जांच के लिए पेश होने का आदेश दिया गया है।ईडी के अधिकारियों ने शनिवार को जुहू स्थित राज कुंद्रा के आवास पर तलाशी अभियान चलाया, जिसके बाद इन सभी को समन जारी किया गया। जानकारी के अनुसार, यह तलाशी अभियान पोर्नोग्राफी से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग की जांच के सिलसिले में था। एजेंसी का कहना है कि वह विभिन्न ऐप्स और ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से अश्लील सामग्री के उत्पादन और वितरण से जुड़ी संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की जांच कर रहे हैं।राज कुंद्रा पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने पोर्नोग्राफिक कंटेंट को ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म के जरिए वितरित किया था, जिससे मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग की गतिविधियां हो रही थी। इस मामले में गहना वशिष्ठ और कई अन्य नाम भी सामने आ चुके हैं, जिनसे ईडी पूछताछ करेगी। जांच के तहत यह भी देखा जा रहा है कि इस रैकेट से जुड़े लोग अश्लील सामग्री के उत्पादन और उसके वितरण से बड़ी रकम कमा रहे थे। ईडी द्वारा की जा रही जांच में कई अन्य प्रमुख लोगों के नाम भी सामने आने की संभावना है।राज कुंद्रा और अन्य संदिग्धों को समन भेजने के बाद ईडी अब इस मामले की जांच में तेजी लाने के लिए तैयार है। जांच एजेंसी का कहना है कि वह इस मामले में और भी खुलासे कर सकते हैं। राज कुंद्रा और अन्य आरोपियों को अब जांच के लिए ईडी के समक्ष पेश होना होगा, जहां उनसे इस मामले में पूछताछ की जाएगी।आपको बताते चलें, फरवरी 2021 में मुंबई पुलिस ने एक पॉर्न रैकेट का भंडाफोड़ किया था। मुंबई पुलिस की क्राइम ब्रांच ने फरवरी में अश्लील फिल्में बनाने और उन्हें अलग-अलग ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म पर रिलीज करने के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया था। इसके बाद से पुलिस एक्टिव हो गई थी और अलग-अलग ठिकानों पर छापेमारी कर रही थी। इस दौरान पुलिस के हत्थे चार लोग चढ़े। इनसे पूछताछ हुई तो राज कुंद्रा का नाम सामने आया। उसी के आधार पर राज कुंद्रा को गिरफ्तार किया गया। राज कुंद्रा पर मॉडल पूनम पांडे, अभिनेत्री और मॉडल शर्लिन चोपड़ा, अभिनेत्री सागरिका शोना सुमन ने भी कई गंभीर आरोप लगाए थे।पोर्नोग्राफी मामले में जेल में समय बिता चुके राज कुंद्रा ने वहां से रिहाई के बाद बतौर अभिनेता एक फिल्म में काम भी किया, जिसका नाम था ‘यूटी 69’। यह फिल्म उनकी 63 दिनों की आर्थर जेल में बिताए पलों पर आधारित थी। यानी यह फिल्म राज कुंद्रा के ‘एडल्ट फिल्म स्कैंडल’ पर हुई गिरफ्तारी पर आधारित थी।2009 में शिल्पा शेट्टी और राज कुंद्रा ने शादी की थी और अब उनकी शादी को 15 साल का समय बीत चुका है। दोनों के दो बच्चे हैं, एक बेटी समीशा शेट्टी कुंद्रा और एक बेटा विआन राज कुंद्रा।
