गूगल के सुंदर पिचाई के खिलाफ जारी हुआ अवमानना नोटिस
Mumbai: Mumbai Metropolitan Magistrate Court Judge AU Bahir issued a contempt notice to Google for refusing to remove the derogatory, obscene video against NGO Dhyan Foundation and Guru Yogi Ashwani Ji. For the last 7 months, Google (represented by Sundar Pichai) was adopting a deliberate delaying tactic by postponing the case on flimsy grounds. Google was seeking adjournment of the case to damage the reputation of Dhyan Foundation and Yogi Ashwani Ji. Despite strict IT laws in the country and several complaints, Google was earning revenue by continuing to show derogatory content on the website at the cost of suffering of hungry cows and Nandis. It is known that these bovines were rehabilitated by Dhyan Foundation from cases of smuggling and illegal slaughter. During the hearing, it was argued that the said morphed video was tampered with, designed and published by Shri Satpal Dahiya being associated with the cow mafia. Several FIRs were filed against him for sexual harassment, defamation and even domestic violence. He was also accused of possessing illegal weapons. He is absconding till date and is evading the Bombay, Haryana, Telangana and Delhi police. Despite the court's order, YouTube has not removed this obscene false video. Advocate Raju Gupta of Bombay High Court filed a contempt case against this move. The court has issued a contempt notice to Sundar Pichai for not complying with the order of March 31, 2023 to remove the objectionable content.
मुंबई : मुंबई मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट अदालत के न्यायाधीश एयू बहिर ने एनजीओ ध्यान फाउंडेशन और गुरु योगी अश्विनी जी के खिलाफ अपमानजनक, अश्लील वीडियो हटाने से इनकार करने पर गूगल पर अवमानना नोटिस जारी किया।
पिछले 7 महीनों से गूगल (जिसका प्रतिनिधित्व सुंदर पिचाई कर रहे हैं) केस को मामूली आधार पर टाल कर जानबूझ कर देरी की रणनीति अपना रहा था। ध्यान फाउंडेशन और योगी अश्विनी जी की प्रतिष्ठा को नुकसान पहुंचा गूगल केस के स्थगन की मांग कर रहा था।देश में सख्त आईटी कानूनों और कई शिकायतों के बावजूद गूगल भूखी गायों और नंदियों की पीड़ा की कीमत पर वेबसाइट पर अपमानजनक सामग्री जारी रख राजस्व अर्जित कर रहा था। ज्ञात हो कि इन गोवंश को ध्यान फाउंडेशन ने तस्करी और अवैध कटाई के मामलों से पुनर्वासित किया था। सुनवाई के दौरान तर्क दिया गया कि उक्त रूपांतरित वीडियो को श्री सतपाल दहिया द्वारा गाय माफिया से जुड़े होने के कारण छेड़छाड़, डिजाइन और प्रकाशित किया गया था। उन पर यौन उत्पीड़न, मानहानि और यहां तक कि घरेलू हिंसा के लिए कई एफआईआर दर्ज की गई थीं। उस पर अवैध हथियार रखने का भी आरोप लगाया गया। वह आज तक फरार है और बॉम्बे, हरियाणा, तेलंगाना और दिल्ली पुलिस से बचता फिर रहा है।कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद यूट्यूब ने इस अश्लील झूठे वीडियो को नहीं हटाया है। इस कदम के खिलाफ एडवोकेट बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट के राजू गुप्ता ने अवमानना का मामला दायर किया । अदालत ने आपत्तिजनक सामग्री को हटाने के 31 मार्च, 2023 के आदेश का पालन नहीं करने के लिएl सुंदर पिचाई को अवमानना नोटिस जारी किया है।
