The 11th district triennial convention/election of the Uttar Pradesh Junior High School (Pre-primary) Teachers' Association, Mau district, and an educational advancement seminar on "The Role of Basic Education and Educational Organizations in Building a Socially Inclusive Society: A Discussion" were held at the Primary School, Dharauli, Ghosi, under the supervision of supervisors Rafiullah and Dr. D.S. Tripathi. The program began with the lighting of lamps by the guests and the taking of an oath on the "Preamble of the Constitution of India." Om Prakash Chandra was elected unopposed for the post of Senior Vice President, Manoj Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Praveen Srivastava, Renu Pandey, Abha Tripathi (female), Vijay Kumar for the post of Vice President, Dr. Tejbhan for the post of Minister, Manoj Kumar, Premlata Yadav, Mamta Pandey, Vijay Bahadur, Meera Kumari, Rajesh Yadav, Ashwani Kumar, Gopal for the post of Joint Minister, Vanshraj Prasad for the post of Accountant, and Dinesh Singh for the post of Income and Expenditure Inspector. Chief Guest Santosh Kumar Upadhyay, District Basic Education Officer, said that teacher organizations must come forward to ensure quality education and move forward with a positive mindset. Chief Guest State President Yogesh Tyagi, while congratulating all the unopposed elected officials, administered the oath. He said that a teacher is generous and polite, but if their rights and respect are compromised, it is necessary to stand up. He further stated that the union has filed a writ petition in the Honorable Supreme Court seeking exemption from the TET, and a massive protest will be held at Jantar Mantar on November 24th at the national level to demand that the Government of India enact an Act to abolish the TET. He also stated that no online attendance will be allowed until the committee reaches a decision, as per the government agreement. At the beginning and end, Rizwan Ahmed and Dr. Ramvilas Bharti expressed their thanks and gratitude to everyone. In his presidential address, former District School Inspector Shivchand Ram stated that an inclusive society and a better nation can be built by bringing economically and socially disadvantaged children into the mainstream of education. Former District School Inspector K.C. Bharti stated that growing inequality in the country is fueling inequality in education and society, and social and educational organizations play a key role in bridging this gap. On this occasion, former divisional president Ramkaran Rai, Kaushal Kumar Rai, General Secretary Harimohan Singh, Minister Dhananjay Pandey, President Ramnath Paswan, Nityaprakash Yadav, and others addressed the gathering, congratulating everyone. घोसी।मऊ। उत्तर प्रदेशीय जूनियर हाई स्कूल (पू .मा.) शिक्षक संघ जनपद मऊ का 11वां जनपदीय त्रैवार्षिक अधिवेशन/ निर्वाचन एवं “समाजवेशी समाज निर्माण में बेसिक शिक्षा एवं शैक्षिक संगठनों की भूमिका: एक विमर्श” विषयक शैक्षिक उन्नयन संगोष्ठी द्वय पर्यवेक्षक रफीउल्लाह एवं डॉ. डीएस त्रिपाठी की देखरेख में पूर्व माध्यमिक विद्यालय धरौली, घोसी पर सम्पन्न हुआ। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत अतिथियों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ “भारत के संविधान की प्रस्तावना” की शपथ के साथ हुआ। प्रथम दिवस में विभिन्न पदों पर किए गए एकल नामांकन की इस आम सभा में पर्यवेक्षक रफीउल्लाह ख़ान द्वारा निर्वाचन के परिणाम की घोषणा की गई, जिसमें अध्यक्ष पद हेतु निर्विरोध जिलाध्यक्ष डॉ.रामविलास भारती निर्वाचित किये गए। डॉ.रामविलास भारती लगातार पांचवी बार निर्विरोध जिलाध्यक्ष चुने गए हैं। तो वहीं महामंत्री अनवारूल हक एवं कोषाध्यक्ष सच्चिदानंद यादव निर्वाचित किये गए। वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष पद पर ओम प्रकाश चंद्रा, उपाध्यक्ष पद हेतु मनोज कुमार, राजेश कुमार, प्रवीण श्रीवास्तव, रेनू पाण्डेय, आभा त्रिपाठी (महिला), विजय कुमार , मंत्री पद हेतु डॉ.तेजभान, संयुक्त मंत्री पद हेतु मनोज कुमार, प्रेमलता यादव, ममता पाण्डेय , विजय बहादुर, मीरा कुमारी, राजेश यादव, अश्वनी कुमार,गोपाल , लेखाकार पद हेतु वंशराज प्रसाद एवं आय व्यय निरीक्षक दिनेश सिंह निर्विरोध निर्वाचित किये गए। जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी संतोष कुमार उपाध्याय ने कहा कि गुणवत्ता पूर्ण शिक्षा के शिक्षक संगठनों को आगे आना होगा। एवं सकारात्मक सोच के साथ आगे बढ़ना होगा। मुख्य अतिथि प्रदेश अध्यक्ष योगेश त्यागी ने सभी निर्विरोध निर्वाचित पदाधिकारियों को बधाई देते हुए शपथ दिलवाया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षक उदार एवं शालीन होता है किन्तु यदि शिक्षकों के अधिकार और सम्मान पर आंच आएगा तो टकराना जरूरी है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि टेट से मुक्ति के लिए संघ की तरफ माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में रिट हो चुका है और अखिल भारत स्तर पर 24 नवंबर को जंतर मंतर पर विशाल धरना प्रदर्शन किया जाना है जिससे भारत सरकार अधिनियम लाकर टीईटी से मुक्ति दिलाए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि शासन द्वारा समझौता के तहत समिति द्वारा निर्णय आने तक कोई भी ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति आदि नहीं दिया जाएगा। प्रारम्भ एवं अंत में रिजवान अहमद एवं डॉ. रामविलास भारती सभी के प्रति धन्यवाद एवं आभार व्यक्त किया गयम
