नई दिल्ली: संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के शुरू होने से पहले प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सोमवार को मीडिया को संबोधित किया। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि शीतकालीन सत्र में माहौल शीत रहेगा।पीएम मोदी ने मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, “शीतकालीन सत्र है और माहौल भी शीत ही रहेगा। 2024 का ये अंतिम कालखंड चल रहा है, देश उमंग और उत्साह के साथ 2025 के स्वागत की तैयारी में भी लगा हुआ है।”,उन्होंने आगे कहा, “संसद का ये सत्र अनेक प्रकार से विशेष है। सबसे बड़ी बात है कि हमारे संविधान की यात्रा का 75वें साल में प्रवेश अपने आप में लोकतंत्र के लिए एक बहुत ही उज्जवल अवसर है। कल संविधान सदन में सब मिलकर संविधान के 75वें वर्ष के उत्सव की शुरुआत करेंगे। संविधान निर्माताओं ने संविधान का निर्माण करते समय एक एक बिंदु पर बहुत विस्तार से बहस की है और तब जाकर ऐसा उत्तम दस्तावेज हमें प्राप्त हुआ है। हमारे संविधान की महत्वपूर्ण इकाई- संसद और हमारे सांसद हैं। पार्लियामेंट में स्वस्थ चर्चा हो, ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग चर्चा में अपना योगदान दें।”,पीएम मोदी ने विपक्ष पर भी निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा, “दुर्भाग्य से कुछ लोग अपने राजनीतिक स्वार्थ के लिए संसद को भी मुट्ठी भर लोगों की हुड़दंगबाजी से कंट्रोल करने का लगातार प्रयास कर रहे हैं। उनका अपना मकसद तो सफल नहीं होता, लेकिन देश की जनता उनके सारे व्यवहार देखती है और जब समय आता है तो उन्हें सजा भी देती है, लेकिन सबसे पीड़ादायक बात यह है कि नए सांसद नए विचार, नई ऊर्जा लेकर आते हैं और वे किसी एक पार्टी के नहीं, बल्कि सभी पार्टियों के होते हैं। कुछ लोग उनके अधिकारों का हनन करते हैं और उन्हें सदन में बोलने का मौका भी नहीं मिलता है।”,उन्होंने आगे कहा, “जिन्हें जनता ने लगातार 80-90 बार नकार दिया है, वे संसद में चर्चा नहीं होने देते। वह ना तो लोकतंत्र की भावना का सम्मान करते हैं और ना ही वह लोगों की आकांक्षाओं के महत्व को समझते हैं। लोगों के प्रति उनकी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं है, वे जनता को समझ नहीं पाते हैं और इसका परिणाम यह होता है कि वे कभी भी लोगों की उम्मीदों पर भी खरे नहीं उतर पाते।”
