मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे का आरोप, सरकार खुद संसद की कार्यवाही नहीं चलने दे रही

On the premature adjournment of Parliament proceedings, Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge said, "My allegation is that if the session is adjourned in 2 minutes, then they should let it continue. The government itself adjourns in 5 minutes. Have you ever heard of such a thing? So many people have come there, they are creating disturbances and not allowing discussions to take place, so it is their fault, not ours. They should make every possible effort to run the House by taking the opposition into confidence." When asked whether any Congress delegation would visit Uttar Pradesh, Kharge said, On this, President Mallikarjun Kharge said that it will go, it will go. Let us tell you that on Sunday, while addressing the Maha Rally for the Protection of the Constitution at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi, the National President of Congress had said that we have to protect the Constitution and democracy by staying united. If the Constitution and democracy are not saved, then our share and participation will also not be saved. In the British era, only a few people had the right to vote, which included landlords and rich people. But after becoming the Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru gave the right to vote to everyone with universal suffrage. He said that when Rahul Gandhi talked about caste-based census, PM Narendra Modi said that we are talking about breaking the country. But, we are not talking about breaking the country, we are talking about uniting the country. The caste-based census will show who has how much participation and stake, so that better work can be done for them. He further said that Narendra Modi is leaving no stone unturned in breaking the unity of the country. Our fight is against the hatred spread by him, for which political power is very important. If Babasaheb Ambedkar had not given you the right to vote in the form of the Constitution, people would not have been occupying big and powerful positions in the country.
नई दिल्ली:संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र चल रहा है। इसकी शुरुआत 25 नवंबर से हो गई है। बार-बार संसद की कार्यवाही स्थगित को लेकर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने रविवार को आरोप लगाया कि केंद्र सरकार खुद संसद की कार्यवाही नहीं चलने दे रही है।संसद की कार्यवाही समय से पहले स्थगित होने पर कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा, “मेरा आरोप है कि अगर 2 मिनट में सत्र स्थगित हो जाता है तो उन्हें इसे जारी रहने देना चाहिए। सरकार खुद 5 मिनट में स्थगित हो जाती है। क्या आपने कभी ऐसा सुना है? कितने लोग वहां आए हैं, वे व्यवधान डाल रहे हैं और चर्चा नहीं होने दे रहे हैं, इसलिए यह उनकी गलती है, हमारी नहीं। सदन को चलाने के लिए उन्हें विपक्ष को विश्वास में लेकर हर संभव प्रयास करना चाहिए।”,यह पूछे जाने पर कि क्या कांग्रेस का कोई प्रतिनिधिमंडल उत्तर प्रदेश के संभल जाएगा। इस पर अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा कि जाएगा, जाएगा।बता दें कि रविवार को कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ने दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में संविधान की रक्षा के लिए महारैली को संबोधित करते हुए कहा था कि हमें एक रहकर संविधान और लोकतंत्र की रक्षा करनी है। अगर संविधान और लोकतंत्र नहीं बचा, तो हमारी हिस्सेदारी और भागीदारी भी नहीं बचेगी।अंग्रेजों के जमाने में सिर्फ कुछ लोगों को ही वोटिंग का अधिकार था, जिनमें जमींदार और अमीर लोग हुआ करते थे। लेकिन पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद सार्वभौमिक मताधिकार के साथ सभी को वोटिंग का अधिकार दिया था।उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी ने जातिगत आधारित जनगणना की बात की तो पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा कि हम देश को तोड़ने की बात कर रहे हैं। लेकिन, हम देश को तोड़ने की नहीं, देश को जोड़ने की बात कर रहे हैं। जातिगत आधारित जनगणना से पता चलेगा कि किसकी कितनी भागीदारी और हिस्सेदारी है, ताकि उनके लिए बेहतर काम किया जा सके।उन्होंने आगे कहा था कि देश की एकता को तोड़ने में नरेंद्र मोदी कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रहे हैं। हमारी लड़ाई उनकी फैलाई गई नफरत के खिलाफ है, जिसके लिए राजनीतिक शक्ति बेहद जरूरी है। अगर बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर संविधान के रूप में आपको मताधिकार नहीं देते, तो देश में लोग बड़े और शक्तिशाली पदों पर नहीं बैठे होते।
