नशे का सौदागर शातिर बदमाश शहजाद उर्फ कंजा NSA में गिरफ्तार,शातिर बदमाश शहजाद उर्फ कंजा के विरूद्ध 20 अपराध पंजीबद्ध
A vicious miscreant Shehzad alias Kanja of Moti Nala area under Hanuman Tal police station of Jabalpur is now in police custody. According to police records, Shahzad is a person with criminal tendencies who has been committing crimes since 1996 and has 20 offenses registered against him under Explosive Substances Act, Arms Act, Assault, Drug Control Act, Gambling Act etc. Shahzad alias Kanja deals in injecting drugs, police station in-charge Dhiraj Raj said, which is causing the addiction of small children. Stay away from it and get drunk. Preventive action was taken against Shahzad alias Kanja from time to time but without improving the habits of Shahzad alias Kanja, crimes were continuously committed. N.S.A. issued to the miscreant Shehzad alias Kanja on the orders of Jabalpur Collector and SP to take preventive action under Section 3 read with Section 2 of the National Security Act (NSA) 1980 against the above accused. He was arrested on warrant and lodged in Central Jail Jabalpur today 22-11-24.
जबलपुर के हनुमान ताल थाना अंतर्गत आने वाले मोती नाला क्षेत्र का शातिर बदमाश शहजाद उर्फ कंजा अब पुलिस की गिरफ्त में है। पुलिस रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार शहजाद अपराधिक प्रवृत्ति का व्यक्ति है जो वर्ष 1996 से अपराध घटित किये जा रहा है जिसके विरूद्ध अवैध वसूली, विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम, आर्म्स एक्ट, आर्म्स एक्ट, मारपीट, ड्रग कन्ट्रोल एक्ट, जुआ एक्ट आदि के 20 अपराध पंजीबद्ध है, शहजाद उर्फ कंजा नशीले इंजैक्शन का कारोबार करता है थाना प्रभारी धीरज राज ने बताया , जिससे छोटे-छोटे बच्चों को नशे की लत लग रही है जो शिक्षा से दूर होकर नशे मे धुत रहते हैं। शहजाद उर्फ कंजा के विरूद्ध समय समय पर प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही की गयी किंतु शहजाद उर्फ कंजा आदतों मंे सुधार न लाकर लगातार अपराध घटित किये जा रहा था। उपरोक्त आरोपी के विरूद्ध जबलपुर कलेक्टर एवं एसपी द्वारा राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम (एनएसए) 1980 की धारा 3, सहपठित धारा 2 के तहत प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही करने हेतु आदेशित किये जाने पर शातिर बदमाश शहजाद उर्फ कंजा को जारी एन.एस.ए. के वारंट में गिरफ्तार कर आज दिनॉक 22-11-24 को केन्द्रीय जेल जबलपुर में निरूद्ध कराया गया।
