हंगामे के चलते लोकसभा की कार्यवाही 27 नवंबर 11 बजे तक के लिए स्थगित
New Delhi: The winter session of Parliament began on Monday, November 25. However, due to the uproar, the proceedings of the Lok Sabha were adjourned till 11 am on November 27. Earlier, the winter session of Parliament was inaugurated at 11 am on Monday. First of all, tribute was paid to the deceased MPs. After this, the proceedings of the Parliament were started. But in the Lok Sabha, opposition MPs started creating a ruckus over Manipur and other issues. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla appealed to the MPs to remain calm and cooperate in letting the proceedings run smoothly. But the appeal of the Lok Sabha Speaker had no effect on the MPs creating a ruckus. The uproar kept increasing. In view of this, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla adjourned the proceedings of the Lok Sabha till 11 am on November 27. Now the Lok Sabha proceedings will resume on 29 November at 11 am. Prime Minister Modi also reached the Lok Sabha on the first day of the winter session on Monday. Talking to journalists in the Parliament premises, PM Modi said that the message should also go from the Parliament of India that the voters of India, their dedication to democracy, their dedication to the Constitution, faith in the parliamentary working system, all of us sitting in the Parliament will have to live up to the sentiments of the people. We should repent a little for the time we have lost so far, we should highlight the various aspects of every subject in the Parliament House in a very healthy way, the coming generations will read it and take inspiration from it. The PM said that I hope that many good results will come from this session. He said that I wish that this session will strengthen India's global dignity, give opportunities to new MPs, welcome new ideas. The Prime Minister said that after the 2024 general elections, the people of the country have got an opportunity to express their sentiments in their respective states, in that too the results of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections have been given more strength, more support has been increased by the states. The condition of democracy is that we respect the behavior of the public. I hope that our new colleagues will get an opportunity. They have new ideas, they have imaginations to take India forward.
नई दिल्ली: संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र सोमवार 25 नवंबर से शुरू हाे गया। हालांकि हंगामे के कारण लोकसभा की कार्यवाही 27 नवंबर 11 बजे दिन तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई।इसके पहले सोमवार 11 बजे संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र का शुभारंभ किया गया। सबसे पहले दिवंगत सांसदों को श्रद्धांजलि दी गई। इसके बाद संसद की कार्यवाही शुरू की गई। लेकिन लोकसभा में मणिपुर समेत दूसरे मुद्दों को लेकर विपक्षी सांसदों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने सांसदों से शांत रहने और कार्यवाही को सुगम तरीके से चलने देने में सहयोग देने की अपील की। लेकिन लोकसभा अध्यक्ष की अपील का हंगामा कर रहे सांसदों पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ा। हंगामा बढ़ता ही जा रहा था। इसे देखते हुए लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने लोकसभा की कार्यवाही 27 नवंबर 11 बजे दिन के लिए स्थगित कर दी। अब 29 नवंबर को 11 बजे लोकसभा की कार्यवाही दोबारा शुरू होगी।सोमवार को शीतकालीन सत्र के पहले दिन प्रधानमंत्री मोदी भी लोकसभा पहुंचे। संसद परिसर में पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि भारत की संसद से भी वो संदेश जाना चाहिए कि भारत के मतदाता उनका लोकतंत्र के प्रति समर्पण, उनका संविधान के प्रति समर्पण, संसदीय कार्य पद्धति पर विश्वास, संसद में बैठे हुए हम सबको जनता जनार्दन की भावनाओं पर खरा उतरना ही पड़ेगा। हम अब तक जितना समय गंवा चुके हैं उसका थोड़ा पश्चाताप करें, हम बहुत ही तंदुरुस्त तरीके से हर विषय के विभिन्न पहलुओं को संसद भवन में हम उजागर करें, आने वाली पीढ़ियां उसे पढ़ेगी और उससे प्रेरणा लेगी। पीएम ने कहा कि मैं आशा करता हूं कि ये सत्र से अनेक अच्छे परिणाम आएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं कामना करता हूं कि यह सत्र भारत की वैश्विक गरिमा को बल देने वाला हो, नए सांसदों को अवसर देने वाला हो, नए विचारों का स्वागत करने वाला हो।प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि 2024 के आम चुनाव के बाद देश की जनता को अपने अपने राज्यों में अपनी भावना प्रकट करने का अवसर मिला है, उसमें भी 2024 के लोकसभा के चुनाव के नतीजों को और अधिक ताकत दी गई है, राज्यों के द्वारा और अधिक समर्थन बढ़ा है। लोकतंत्र की शर्त है कि हम जनता जर्नादन के व्यवहार का आदर करें। मैं आशा करता हूं कि हमारे नए साथियों को अवसर मिलेगा। उनके पास नए विचार हैं, भारत को आगे ले जाने की कल्पनाएं हैं।
