Azamgarh:Gambhirpur police engaged in the investigation of the dead body of a young man found in suspicious circumstances
A 23-year-old youth died under suspicious circumstances in Mohiuddinpur village of Gambhirpur police station area of Azamgarh district around 10:00 pm on Monday night.
It is told that Karan Kumar, age 23, a resident of Mohiuddinpur village of Gambhirpur police station area, was working as a khalasi worker on a truck owned by a truck owner from the same village as late Panchu Lal. Had gone to Farihan Bazar on Monday evening. After coming from Fariha Bazar, his dead body was found on the truck tailer standing near Ambedkar statue tied with a pot between the body and the engine. On the other hand, the truck owner was informed about the incident from the laborers of the truck standing next to it. On information, the police reached and took the dead body in possession and sent it for postmortem. The deceased three brothers were one sister, in which one brother died about 8 years ago, his late father Panchu Lal was originally a resident of Abdullahpur village of Gambhirpur police station area. He lived in Mohuddinpur for about 35 years after building a house. He was a press reporter who died about 10 years ago. The mother of the deceased is mentally weak. The family members are telling the murder done to Karan Kumar, the same station in-charge Gambhirpur Vijay Prakash Maurya told that on the information of suicide, the dead body has been taken into possession and sent for postmortem, next action will be taken only after the report comes.
