बागमाने प्राइम ऑफिस आरईआईटी का आईपीओ 5 मई से खुलेगा

Mumbai : Bengaluru-based premium commercial office space platform Bagmane Prime Office REIT has announced the price band of ₹95 to ₹100 per unit for its much-anticipated ₹3,405 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO). The issue will open on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, and close on Thursday, May 7, 2026, while bidding for anchor investors will open on May 4.

The company’s move is being seen as a significant opportunity for investors in India’s rapidly growing REIT sector. “Our objective is to provide investors access to high-quality Grade A+ office assets. Through this IPO, we aim to further strengthen our portfolio and focus on long-term value creation in premium commercial spaces,” the company management said.
