आजमगढ़ में फर्जी मदरसा संचालकों पर अब तक दर्ज नहीं हुआ FIR

आजमगढ़:एसआइटी जांच में फर्जी पाए गए जिले के 219 मदरसा संचालकों के खिलाफ अब तक एफआइआर दर्ज नहीं की गई है। इस संबंध में अधिकारियों का कहना है कि अध्यादेश पर ही कोई कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जिले में 2010 में बिना मान्यता के मदरसों के संचालन का मामला सामने आया था। जब मदरसों को मदरसा पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया गया तो मदरसों के कागजात में अनियमितता पाई गई। इसकी शिकायत शासन से की गई। 2017 में प्रदेश में योगी सरकार बनने के बाद अस्तित्वहीन, गैर मान्यता प्राप्त मदरसों की जांच की जिम्मेदारी एसआईटी को दी गई. जांच के दौरान एसआईटी टीम को पता चला कि 219 मदरसे ऐसे हैं जो सिर्फ कागजों में चल रहे हैं. मौके पर उनका अस्तित्व ही नहीं है। इनमें से 39 मदरसा संचालकों ने तत्कालीन अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों से मिलीभगत कर आधुनिकीकरण योजना का लाभ भी उठाया था। इन मदरसों के अलावा 72 मदरसे ऐसे पाए गए जिन्हें नियमों की अनदेखी कर मान्यता दी गई थी। एसआईटी ने विभाग के तत्कालीन अधिकारियों की भूमिका संदिग्ध पाई थी। उनके खिलाफ मान्यता प्रत्याहरण की कार्रवाई की जानी है। नवंबर 2022 में मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता वाली कमेटी ने एसआईटी की जांच रिपोर्ट पर फर्जी मदरसा संचालकों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की सिफारिश की थी. डेढ़ साल हो गए लेकिन इन मदरसा संचालकों के खिलाफ कोई एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं की गई।(FIRs have not been registered against 219 madrasa operators in the district who were found fake in the SIT probe. Apart from these madrasas, 72 madrasas were found which had been recognized ignoring the rules. The SIT had found the role of the then officials of the department questionable. Recognition withdrawal action is to be taken against them. In November 2022, the committee headed by the Chief Secretary had recommended registration of FIRs against the fake madrasa operators on the SIT probe report. One and a half years have passed but no FIR has been registered against these madrasa operators. FIRs are to be registered against 219 madrasa operators, teachers and former officials found fake. But who will file an FIR? There are no instructions from above in this regard.
