डोंबिवली: महाराष्ट्र में बुधवार सुबह 7 बजे से नई सरकार के गठन के लिए सभी 288 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए मतदान जारी है। जिले के कल्याण-डोंबिवली क्षेत्र में मतदाताओं के बीच जबरदस्त उत्साह देखने को मिल रहा है। सुबह से ही मतदान केंद्रों पर लंबी कतारें लग गई हैं, लोग अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए उमड़ पड़े हैं।ठाणे जिले में कुल सात विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में कड़ी टक्कर देखने को मिल रही है, जिनमें कल्याण ग्रामीण, डोंबिवली, कल्याण पूर्व, कल्याण पश्चिम, उल्हासनगर, अंबरनाथ, और मुरबाड-बदलापूर सीट शामिल हैं।डोंबिवली विधानसभा: इस सीट से भाजपा (महायुति गठबंधन) रविंद्र चव्हाण मैदान में हैं, जिनका मुकाबला शिवसेना (ठाकरे गुट) के दीपेश म्हात्रे से हो रहा है। दोनों दलों के बीच इस सीट पर कांटे की टक्कर है, और परिणामों पर सभी की नजरें टिकी हैं। डोंबिवली विधानसभा क्षेत्र में इस बार खासा चुनावी माहौल देखा जा रहा है।कल्याण ग्रामीण: इस सीट पर त्रिकोणीय मुकाबला देखने को मिल रहा है। मनसे के राजू पाटिल, ठाकरे गुट के सुभाष भोईर और शिवसेना के राजेश मोरे के बीच मुकाबला कड़ा है। तीनों प्रत्याशी इस सीट को जीतने के लिए पूरी ताकत लगा रहे हैं।कल्याण पूर्व: भाजपा विधायक गणपत गायकवाड की पत्नी सुलभा गायकवाड यहां से चुनाव लड़ रही हैं। उनके खिलाफ ठाकरे गुट के धनंजय बोराडे और शिंदे गुट के बागी नेता महेश गायकवाड भी चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं।कल्याण पश्चिम: यहां भी मुकाबला त्रिकोणीय है। शिवसेना (शिंदे गुट) से विश्वनाथ भोईर, ठाकरे गुट से सचिन बासरे, और मनसे से उल्हास भोईर के बीच मुकाबला है। इन तीनों उम्मीदवारों के बीच प्रतिस्पर्धा बहुत ही कड़ी है।उल्हासनगर : यहां भाजपा के कुमार आयलानी और महाविकास अघाड़ी (राष्ट्रवादी शरद पवार गुट) के ओमी कलानी के बीच सीधा मुकाबला है। दोनों ही प्रत्याशी की क्षेत्र में अच्छी खासी पैठ है।अंबरनाथ : यहां महायुति के प्रमुख घटक शिवसेना के बालाजी किणीकर मैदान में हैं और इनकी ठाकरे गुट के राजेश वानखेड़े से सीधी टक्कर है।मुरबाड-बदलापूर: इस सीट पर महायुति से किसन कथोरे और महाविकास अघाड़ी (राष्ट्रवादी शरद पवार गुट) से सुभाष पवार आमने-सामने हैं। मुरबाड-बदलापूर क्षेत्र में भी मतदाताओं का उत्साह साफ देखा जा रहा है।
