The Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission has ordered an inquiry into the working style of the police in the brutal killing of 17-year-old Taekwondo player Anurag Yadav in Kabiruddinpur village of Gaurabadshahpur police station area on October 30. The victim's family has alleged that the police continuously ignored their complaints and provided protection to the accused in this land dispute case. The sister of the deceased had also made a video of the tamancha being waved by the accused party, but the police did not take any action. Gajendra Singh Yadav appealed to the Human Rights Commission to investigate all the actions taken by the police so far and to review the call details of the police officers before the incident, so that it can be known if any of the accused were in contact with the policemen. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the Commission has directed the Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur to investigate the matter in depth and submit a report to the Commission by 13 December 2024. जौनपुर। गौराबादशाहपुर थाना क्षेत्र के कबीरुद्दीनपुर गांव में 30 अक्टूबर को 17 वर्षीय ताइक्वांडो खिलाड़ी अनुराग यादव की निर्मम हत्या के मामले में उत्तर प्रदेश मानवाधिकार आयोग ने पुलिस की कार्यशैली की जांच का आदेश दिया है। यह आदेश हाई कोर्ट के अधिवक्ता डॉ. गजेंद्र सिंह यादव द्वारा पुलिस की कथित लापरवाही के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराने के बाद दिया गया।अनुराग यादव पर उनके पड़ोसी ने उस समय तलवार से हमला किया, जब वह सुबह अपने घर के बाहर दातून कर रहे थे। हमलावर ने अनुराग का सिर धड़ से अलग कर दिया था, जिससे पूरे क्षेत्र में कोहराम मच गया था। अनुराग एक प्रतिभाशाली ताइक्वांडो खिलाड़ी था और उसके उज्ज्वल भविष्य को इस जघन्य हत्या ने असमय समाप्त कर दिया।पीड़ित परिवार ने आरोप लगाया है कि जमीन विवाद के इस मामले में पुलिस ने लगातार उनकी शिकायतों को अनसुना किया और आरोपियों को संरक्षण प्रदान किया। परिजनों का कहना है कि उन्होंने कई बार थाने, सीएम पोर्टल और डायल 112 पर शिकायतें दर्ज कराई थीं, लेकिन कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। मृतक की बहन ने आरोपी पक्ष द्वारा तमंचा लहराने का वीडियो भी बनाया था, फिर भी पुलिस ने कोई कदम नहीं उठाया।डॉ. गजेंद्र सिंह यादव ने मानवाधिकार आयोग से अपील की थी कि पुलिस द्वारा अब तक की गई सभी कार्रवाइयों की जांच की जाए और घटना से पहले पुलिस अधिकारियों की कॉल डिटेल्स की समीक्षा की जाए, ताकि यह पता चल सके कि कहीं कोई आरोपी पुलिसकर्मियों के संपर्क में तो नहीं था।आयोग ने इस मामले की गंभीरता को ध्यान में रखते हुए, जौनपुर के पुलिस अधीक्षक को निर्देश दिया है कि वे मामले की गहराई से जांच कर रिपोर्ट 13 दिसम्बर 2024 तक आयोग को प्रस्तुत करें। साथ ही, मामले की निष्पक्षता बनाए रखने के लिए घटना के दिन तैनात सभी पुलिसकर्मियों का स्थानांतरण करने की भी मांग की गई है, ताकि वे जांच को प्रभावित न कर सकें।क्षेत्रवासियों और खेल जगत से जुड़े लोगों ने इस कदम का स्वागत किया है और अनुराग यादव के परिवार के लिए न्याय की मांग की है।
