अनधिकृत बांधकाम पर मनपा का कठोर कदम
Bhiwandi- Bhiwandi City Nizampur Municipal Corporation has decided to take strict action against the increasing unauthorized construction works and encroachments in the city. An important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Municipal Administrator and Commissioner Ajay Vaidya. Additional Commissioner Vitthal Dake, Deputy Commissioner Unauthorized Construction, Law Officer, Ward Officer, Assistant Commissioner Ward Committee 1 to 5 and Bit Inspector and Head of Licensing Department Prakash Rathod were present in this meeting. Bhiwandi Municipal Administrative Commissioner directed all ward officers to prepare a detailed action plan within seven days to evict the unauthorized constructions of the city within the next three months. Apart from this, the construction work which is currently going on. They should be investigated and if they are found to be unauthorized then immediate action should be taken. It was clarified in the meeting that "Zero Tolerance" policy will be implemented in cases of unauthorized construction and encroachment. The Commissioner directed that if any officer deliberately delays action, an FIR will be registered against him. In cases where the Court has ordered adjournment to maintain status quo, the concerned authorities will submit the video recording and report on the same day. It will also be ensured that no further unauthorized construction takes place on those sites. The Commissioner directed that the unauthorized banners and hoardings put up during the election should be removed immediately. The concerned divisional officers have been directed to register offenses against them and Licensing Department Head Prakash Rathod has been ordered to collect the information. In the meeting, orders have also been given to immediately remove the encroachment in the Varala pond area. The commissioner said that action on unauthorized constructions will be reviewed weekly. For this, Assistant Legal Officers have been appointed, who will provide legal assistance to the Divisional Officers. This drastic step is a major effort towards making Bhiwandi city free from unauthorized construction and encroachment. Citizens have appreciated this strict stance of the Municipal Corporation and have given it a positive initiative for the development of the city.

भिवंडी- भिवंडी शहर निजामपुर महानगरपालिका ने शहर में बढ़ रहे अनधिकृत निर्माण कार्यों और अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाने का निर्णय लिया है। पालिका प्रशासक व आयुक्त अजय वैद्य की अध्यक्षता में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में अतिरिक्त आयुक्त विठ्ठल डाके, उप-आयुक्त अनधिकृत निर्माण, विधि अधिकारी, प्रभाग अधिकारी, सहायक आयुक्त प्रभाग समिती १ से ५ व बिट निरीक्षक और परवाना विभाग प्रमुख प्रकाश राठोड समेत कई अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
भिवंडी मनपा प्रशासक आयुक्त ने सभी प्रभाग अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि शहर के अनधिकृत निर्माणों को अगले तीन महीनों के भीतर निष्कासित करने के लिए सात दिनों के भीतर विस्तृत कार्ययोजना तैयार करें। इसके अलावा, वर्तमान में जो निर्माण कार्य चल रहे है। उनकी जांच की जाए और अगर वे अनधिकृत पाए जाएं तो तुरंत कार्रवाई की जाए। बैठक में यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि अनधिकृत निर्माण और अतिक्रमण के मामलों में “Zero Tolerance” नीति लागू की जाएगी। आयुक्त ने निर्देश दिए कि यदि किसी अधिकारी ने जानबूझकर कार्रवाई में देरी की, तो उनके खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जाएगी। जिन मामलों में न्यायालय ने यथास्थिति बनाए रखने या स्थगन आदेश दिए हैं, उन पर संबंधित अधिकारी उसी दिन का वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग और रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेंगे। साथ ही यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि उन स्थलों पर आगे कोई अनधिकृत निर्माण न हो।
आयुक्त ने निर्देश दिए कि चुनाव के दौरान लगाए गए अनधिकृत बैनर और होर्डिंग तुरंत हटाए जाएं। संबंधित प्रभाग अधिकारियों को इनके खिलाफ अपराध दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं और परवाना विभाग प्रमुख प्रकाश राठोड को इसकी जानकारी संकलित करने का आदेश दिया गया है। बैठक में वाराला तालाब क्षेत्र में हो रहे अतिक्रमण को तुरंत हटाने के आदेश भी दिए है। आयुक्त ने बताया कि अनधिकृत निर्माणों पर कार्रवाई की साप्ताहिक समीक्षा की जाएगी। इसके लिए सहायक विधि अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति की गई है, जो प्रभाग अधिकारियों को विधिक सहायता प्रदान करेंगे। यह कठोर कदम भिवंडी शहर को अनधिकृत निर्माण और अतिक्रमण मुक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक बड़ा प्रयास है। नागरिकों ने महानगरपालिका के इस सख्त रुख की सराहना की है और इसे शहर के विकास के लिए एक सकारात्मक पहल करार दिया है।
