He said that the police and administration along with the people who spoiled the atmosphere in Sambhal should be held responsible and they should be suspended and a murder case should be filed against them so that no one can do such a thing against the Constitution in future. Akhilesh Yadav said in the Lok Sabha, "The sudden incident that happened in Sambhal has happened under a well-planned conspiracy and the brotherhood in Sambhal has been shot. The Bharatiya Janata Party and its allies across the country, who are repeatedly talking about digging, this digging will destroy the harmony, brotherhood, Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb of our country. I am calling it a well-planned conspiracy because the by-election of UP Assembly was to be held on November 13. They extended the date from November 13 to November 20. A petition was filed in Civil Judge Senior Division Chandausi Sambhal on November 19, 2024 against the Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal. The court ordered a survey on the same day without hearing the other side. This is surprising. After two hours The survey team reached there with Sambhal police force." He said, "After two and a half hours, Sambhal District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police told that the survey has been completed and the report will be sent to the court. But on 22 November, people reached Jama Masjid to offer Friday prayers. But the police administration put up barricades so that people could not offer prayers. Even after that, people maintained restraint and offered prayers and did not protest in any way." He said, "The next date of the court was fixed on 29 November. The committee of Shahi Jama Masjid and all the people of the Muslim community were preparing to plead the case in the court. But on the night of 23 November, the police administration said that the survey will be done again on the next day, 24 November. The advocate of Shahi Jama Masjid Committee said that the date has been completed, what is the need for another date.
नई दिल्ली: समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा) के मुखिया और यूपी के कन्नौज से सांसद अखिलेश यादव ने मंगलवार को लोकसभा में संभल हिंसा पर बयान देते हुए इस घटना को सोची-समझी साजिश करार दिया। उन्होंने संभल में माहौल बिगाड़ने वाले लोगों के साथ पुलिस और प्रशासन को जिम्मेदार बताते हुए कहा कि इन्हें निलंबित किया जाना और हत्या का मुकदमा चलाया जाना चाहिए, ताकि आगे कोई संविधान के खिलाफ इस तरह का काम ना कर सके।अखिलेश यादव ने लोकसभा में कहा, “संभल में जो अचानक घटना हुई है, वो एक सोची समझी-साजिश के तहत हुई है और संभल में भाईचारे को गोली मारने का काम हुआ है। देशभर में भारतीय जनता पार्टी और उसके सहयोगियों, जो बार-बार खुदाई की बातें कर रहे हैं, ये खुदाई हमारे देश का सौहार्द, भाईचारा, गंगा-जमुनी तहजीब को खो देगा। ये सोची-समझी साजिश इसलिए बोल रहा हूं, क्योंकि यूपी विधानसभा के उपचुनाव 13 नवंबर को होना था। इन्होंने तारीख 13 नवंबर से बढ़ाकर 20 नवंबर कर दिया। संभल के शाही जामा मस्जिद के खिलाफ 19 नवंबर 2024 को सिविल जज सीनियर डिविजन चंदौसी संभल में एक याचिका डाली गई। कोर्ट ने दूसरे पक्ष को सुने बगैर उसी दिन सर्वे के आदेश दे दिए। ये ताज्जुब की बात है। दो घंटे बाद सर्वे की टीम संभल पुलिस बल के साथ वहां पहुंच गई।”,उन्होंने कह, “संभल जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक ने ढाई घंटे के बाद बताया कि सर्वे पूरा हो चुका है और रिपोर्ट कोर्ट को भेज दी जाएगी। लेकिन, 22 नवंबर को शुक्रवार को जुमे की नमाज अदा करने के लिए लोग जामा मस्जिद पहुंचे। मगर, पुलिस प्रशासन ने बैरिकेड लगा दिया, ताकि लोग नमाज नहीं पढ़ सके। उसके बाद भी लोगों ने संयम बरतते हुए नमाज अदा की और किसी तरह का विरोध प्रदर्शन नहीं किया।”,उन्होंने कहा, “29 नवंबर को कोर्ट की अगली तारीख तय थी। शाही जामा मस्जिद की कमेटी और मुस्लिम समाज के सभी लोग कोर्ट में केस की पैरवी की तैयारी कर रहे थे। परंतु, 23 नवंबर की रात पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा कहा गया कि अगले दिन 24 नवंबर को दोबारा सर्वे किया जाएगा। शाही जामा मस्जिद कमेटी के अधिवक्ता ने कहा कि तारीख मुकम्मल हो चुकी है, दूसरे तारीख की क्या जरूरत है। दोबारा सर्वे के दौरान मुस्लिम समुदाय ने फिर धैर्य रखा। लेकिन, जब एक घंटे के बाद जनता को सूचना मिली तो वो इकट्ठा होना शुरू हुए। लोगों ने सर्वे का कारण जानना चाहा, तो अधिकारियों ने उनके साथ गाली-गलौज की और लाठी जार्च करवाकर बुरी तरह से जख्मी कर दिया। इसका विरोध करते हुए चंद लोगों ने पत्थर चलाए।”,सपा प्रमुख ने कहा, “जिसके बदले में पुलिस के सिपाही से लेकर अधिकारियों ने सरकारी और अपने प्राइवेट हथियारों से गोलियां चलाई। जिसका वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग भी है, जिसके एवज में दर्जन लोग घायल हो गए है। पांच मासूम, दो अपने घर से सामान लेने के लिए निकले थे। उनकी मृत्यु हो गई। संभल का माहौल बिगाड़ने में याचिका दायर करने वाले लोगों के साथ पुलिस और प्रशासन के लोग जिम्मेदार हैं, उन्हें निलंबित किया जाना और हत्या का मुकदमा चलाया जाना चाहिए, ताकि आगे कोई संविधान के खिलाफ इस तरह का काम ना कर सके।”
