संसद परिसर में धक्का-मुक्की मामले में राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज

नई दिल्ली,, संसद भवन परिसर में गुरुवार को हुई धक्का-मुक्की मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस ने लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष और कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली है। उनके खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (बीएनएस) की कई धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।संसद मार्ग थाने में बीएनएस की धारा 115 (स्वेच्छा से चोट पहुंचाना), धारा 117 (स्वेच्छा से गंभीर चोट पहुंचाना), धारा 125 (जान को खतरे में डालना), धारा 131 (आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग), धारा 351 (आपराधिक धमकी) के तहत राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है।इससे पहले भारतीय जनता पार्टी के लोकसभा सदस्य अनुराग ठाकुर और बांसुरी स्वराज ने नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ दिल्ली पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी।इस मामले में भाजपा नेताओं ने राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ लोकसभा अध्यक्ष और राज्यसभा के सभापति से भी शिकायतें की हैं।संसद मार्ग थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराने के बाद अनुराग ठाकुर ने पत्रकारों से कहा कि राहुल गांधी के द्वारा शारीरिक हमला और उकसाने के लिए उनके खिलाफ दिल्ली पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। उन्होंने कहा कि एनडीए के सांसद शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से कांग्रेस के झूठ के प्रोपेगेंडा को बेनकाब कर रहे थे और उनसे माफी की मांग कर रहे थे। उसी समय राहुल गांधी अपने ‘इंडी’ गठबंधन के सांसदों के साथ आए और तय रास्ते से न जाकर एनडीए के सांसदों के बीच आ गए। उन्होंने अपनी पार्टी के सदस्यों को उकसाया भी और “दुर्भावनापूर्ण रवैये” के साथ आगे बढ़े।लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने संसद परिसर में गुरुवार को हुई धक्का-मुक्की मामले पर केंद्र सरकार पर सवाल उठाए थे।लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने कहा, “कुछ दिन पहले एक मामला सामने आया, जिस पर पूरे समय भाजपा ने सदन में चर्चा नहीं होनी दी। फिर अमित शाह का बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर पर बयान आया। हम शुरू से कहते आए हैं कि भाजपा-आरएसएस की सोच संविधान विरोधी और अंबेडकर के खिलाफ है।”,उन्होंने कहा, “भाजपा और आरएसएस के लोग बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर के योगदान को मिटाना चाहते हैं। अंबेडकर के प्रति उनकी जो सोच है, उसे उन्होंने सबके सामने दिखा दिया है। हमने अमित शाह से इस्तीफा मांगा, लेकिन वह नहीं हुआ और आज फिर से इन्होंने मुद्दे को भटकाने का काम किया है। हम अंबेडकर की प्रतिमा से संसद की ओर शांति से जा रहे थे। संसद की सीढ़ियों पर भाजपा के सांसद खड़े थे, जो हमें अंदर जाने नहीं दे रहे थे।”,Sansad Marg Thane BNS Section 115 (Willfully causing hurt), Section 117 (Willfully causing grievous hurt), Section 125 (Endangering life), Section 131 (Use of criminal force), Section 351 (Criminal intimidation) An FIR has been registered against Rahul Gandhi.
