Kiku Sharda, known for spreading laughter across television screens, is winning hearts in the reality show Rise & Fall not just with his humor but also with his genuine and emotional side. His friend and co-actor Vipul Roy, who has shared a long journey with him, couldn’t be prouder to see this new side of Kiku.

Reflecting on their friendship, Vipul shared, “We have been friends for a very, very long time. Our first connection was through a show called F.I.R., and since then, our bond has only grown stronger. We even did another show called Partners, where we actually started calling each other ‘partners.’ Our wives even got jealous of that! But that’s how close we are. He truly is my partner.”

Calling Kiku one of the most genuine people he knows, Vipul added, “He is one of the most honest people you will come across. He’s loving, caring, and always there for everyone. That’s just who he is.”

Vipul feels that what truly makes Kiku stand out in Rise & Fall is his authenticity. “He is just as he is — extremely joyful, fun-loving, yet deeply emotional and sensitive. And that is what sets him apart. He’s not really playing a game; he is Kiku in the game,” Vipul said.

He also pointed out how audiences are getting to see a completely new side of Kiku. “People have always seen him as the funny guy. But now, emotions like anger, frustration, and vulnerability are also coming out. It’s refreshing to see him express all that. I think this phase is great emotionally because it allows viewers to connect with him on a deeper level,” he explained.

Sending his best wishes to his dear friend, Vipul concluded, “Go, brother, like you always do — rise and shine! Keep being yourself, because that’s what makes you unforgettable both on-screen and off-screen.”
