यूपी में तनाव मुक्त पुलिसकर्मियों को अब राइफलें सौंपी जाएंगी

UP News: तनाव में एक पुलिसकर्मी कभी भी अपना आपा खो सकता है. मानसिक परेशानी की स्थिति में सुरक्षाकर्मियों द्वारा कई अप्रिय घटनाएं की गई हैं. हाल ही में वाराणसी में प्रधान आरक्षी द्वारा सहायक अध्यापक की हत्या भी ऐसी ही परिस्थितियों का परिणाम थी, जिसके बाद रक्षकों के भक्षक बनने पर बड़े सवाल खड़े हुए थे। महत्वपूर्ण सुरक्षा कर्तव्यों के दौरान किसी भी अप्रिय स्थिति से बचने के लिए तनावग्रस्त पुलिसकर्मियों को गार्ड और एस्कॉर्ट ड्यूटी से दूर रखा जाएगा। ऐसी ड्यूटी में तनावमुक्त पुलिसकर्मियों को ही हथियार के साथ तैनात किया जाएगा। डीजीपी प्रशांत कुमार ने निर्देश दिया है कि किसी भी मानसिक रूप से परेशान पुलिसकर्मी को हथियार के साथ दूसरे पुलिसकर्मियों के साथ ड्यूटी नहीं दी जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि महत्वपूर्ण एवं संवेदनशील स्थानों पर सुरक्षा में तैनात पुलिस कर्मियों का असंतुलित व्यवहार कभी-कभी प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियां उत्पन्न कर देता है और पूरे विभाग की छवि खराब कर देता है. इसे देखते हुए सभी जिलों में पुलिसकर्मियों को गार्ड और एस्कॉर्ट ड्यूटी में तैनात करने से पहले उनकी संख्या, शारीरिक और मानसिक स्थिति, व्यक्तिगत और सामूहिक समस्याओं की समीक्षा करने के बाद ही तैनात किया जाना चाहिए।(UP News: A policeman under stress can lose his temper at any time.
