जिलाधिकारी ने किया चकबंदी कार्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण, दिए आवश्यक निर्देश
Deoria. District Magistrate Mrs. Divya Mittal conducted a surprise inspection of the consolidation office on Monday. During this, he expressed his deep displeasure at giving a long date despite directions for a thorough examination of various records related to the merger disputes and pending disputes. He said that in any case no date should be set for more than one month in pending consolidation cases and people should be provided with speedy justice. DM reached Chakbandi office around 11:30 this morning. He made a thorough review of the office arrangement, attendance of employees, maintenance of documents, progress of dispute resolution and cleanliness. He directed to complete the processes related to consolidation in a transparent and timely manner. He emphasized on early settlement of pending disputes and asked for concrete steps to be taken for immediate resolution of public problems. Giving a strict warning to the employees to ensure regular attendance and not to be negligent in their work, the District Magistrate said that the dates in all the cases and hearings should be fixed expeditiously, so that the work could gain momentum. During the inspection, the District Magistrate instructed to carry out a thorough examination of the records and edit the archival works in an orderly and accurate manner. He said that this is necessary to maintain transparency and efficiency in the office. The District Magistrate warned that the archives will be investigated after one month and strict action will be taken if any kind of negligence is found. The District Magistrate directed the officials that all the work should be done in accordance with law and regulations, so that there is no inconvenience to the public. He said that working procedures should be made simple and accessible while being sensitive to the grievances of the public, so that more and more people can get justice and livelihood. The District Magistrate advised all the officials to work in coordination and emphasized on increasing the efficiency of the office. During the inspection, ADM Administration Gaurav Srivastava, ADM Finance and Revenue Arun Kumar, DGC Navneet Malviya along with officers and employees of the concerned departments were present.

देवरिया। जिलाधिकारी श्रीमती दिव्या मित्तल ने सोमवार को चकबंदी कार्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने चकबंदी वादों से जुड़े विभिन्न अभिलेखों की गहन पड़ताल की और लंबित वादों पर निर्देश के बावजूद लंबी तारीख देने पर गहरी नाराजगी जताई। उन्होंने कहा कि लंबित चकबंदी वादों में किसी भी दशा में एक माह से अधिक की तारीख न लगाई जाए तथा लोगों को त्वरित न्याय सुलभ कराया जाए।
डीएम आज प्रातः लगभग साढ़े ग्यारह बजे चकबंदी कार्यालय पहुंची। उन्होंने कार्यालय की व्यवस्था, कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति, दस्तावेजों के रखरखाव, वादों के निस्तारण की प्रगति और साफ-सफाई का गहन अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने चकबंदी से जुड़ी प्रक्रियाओं को पारदर्शी और समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने लंबित वादों के शीघ्र निस्तारण पर जोर देते हुए जनता की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए ठोस कदम उठाने को कहा। कर्मचारियों को नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने और कार्य में लापरवाही न बरतने की सख्त चेतावनी देते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि सभी मामलों की सुनवाई में तिथियां तेजी से निर्धारित की जाएं, ताकि कार्य गति पकड़ सके।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने अभिलेखों की गहन जांच-पड़ताल की और अभिलेखीय कार्यों को व्यवस्थित और सटीक तरीके से संपादित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्यालय में पारदर्शिता और कुशलता बनाए रखने के लिए यह आवश्यक है। जिलाधिकारी ने चेताया कि एक माह बाद अभिलेखागार की जांच करेंगी और किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही पाए जाने पर कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सभी कार्य विधि-सम्मत और नियमानुसार किए जाएं, जिससे आमजन को किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता की शिकायतों के प्रति संवेदनशील रहते हुए कार्य प्रक्रियाओं को सरल और सुगम बनाया जाए, जिससे अधिक से अधिक लोगों को न्याय और राहत मिल सके। जिलाधिकारी ने सभी अधिकारियों को समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करने की सलाह दी और कार्यालय की कार्यक्षमता बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान एडीएम प्रशासन गौरव श्रीवास्तव, एडीएम वित्त एवं राजस्व अरुण कुमार, डीजीसी नवनीत मालवीय सहित संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारी और कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
