जबलपुर से बड़ी खबर:पराली जलाने वालों की पैरवी भी नहीं करेंगे वकील,हाई कोर्ट बार एसोसिएशन ने सर्वसम्मति से लिया फैसला
If stubble burning occurs in Madhya Pradesh and the matter goes to court, then the problems of farmers may increase as the Jabalpur Bar Association has decided not to plead for stubble burning farmers. The High Court Bar unanimously passed this proposal. Bar president Dhany Kumar Jain says that farmers will be told that proper use of stubble increases soil fertility, and can also save the environment. It burns, it causes serious damage to the animals and the environment along with pollution. The district administration has given an explanation to the farmers several times. However, its effect was not seen. In this way, the High Court bar has come forward. Keeping in view the environment and public interest, Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar has taken the decision.
मध्य प्रदेश के अंदर यदि पराली जलाई और मामला अदालत तक पहुंचा तो फिर किसानों की मुसीबत बढ़ सकती है क्योंकि जबलपुर बार एसोसिएशन ने पराली जलाने वाले किसानों की पैरवी नहीं करने का निर्णय लिया है। हाईकोर्ट बार ने सर्वसम्मति से यह प्रस्ताव पारित किया है। बार अध्यक्ष धन्य कुमार जैन का कहना है कि किसानों को यह बताया जाएगा कि पराली का सही तरीके से उपयोग करने से मिट्टी की उर्वरता बढ़ती है, और पर्यावरण को भी बचाया जा सकता है।किसान अक्सर धान की कटाई के बाद खेतों में लगी पराली को जला देते हैं, इससे प्रदूषण के साथ ही खेत में मौजूद जीव-जंतुओं और पर्यावरण को भी गंभीर नुकसान होता हैं। जिला प्रशासन ने कई बार किसानों को समझाइश दी। लेकिन, इसका असर देखने को नहीं मिला। ऐसे में अब हाईकोर्ट बार आगे आया है। पर्यावरण और जनहित को देखते हुए मध्यप्रदेश हाईकोर्ट बार ने निर्णय लिया है।
