New Delhi: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday said that the Jama Masjid in Badaun, Uttar Pradesh is being targeted. In a post on the social media platform X, Asaduddin Owaisi said, "Jama Masjid of Badaun, Uttar Pradesh has also been targeted. A case was filed in the court in 2022 and its next hearing will be on December 3." He further said, "ASI (which works under the Government of India) and the Uttar Pradesh government are also parties to the case. Both the governments will have to put forth their point as per the 1991 Act. Shar-loving Hindutva organizations can go to any extent, stopping them is very important for the peace and unity of India. The coming generations are being kept busy in the excavations of ASI instead of studying AI.'' Let us tell you that the next hearing in the Jama Masjid vs Neelkanth Mahadev Temple case of Badaun has been fixed for December 3. This case is going on in the Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court. The Jama Masjid Intezamia Committee presented its side in the court on Saturday, after which the debate was held. As the debate was not completed, the court has given the date of December 3. In the year 2022, a suit was filed by the Hindu Mahasabha claiming that there is a Neelkanth Mahadev temple in the Jama Masjid.
नई दिल्ली: ऑल इंडिया मजलिस-ए-इत्तेहादुल मुस्लिमीन (एआईएमआईएम) के प्रमुख असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने शनिवार को कहा है कि उत्तर प्रदेश के बदायूं में स्थित जामा मस्जिद को निशाना बनाया जा रहा है।असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर एक पोस्ट कर कहा, “बदायूं उत्तर प्रदेश की जामा मस्जिद को भी निशाना बनाया गया है। अदालत में 2022 में केस किया गया था और उसकी अगली सुनवाई 3 दिसंबर को होगी।”,उन्होंने आगे कहा, ”एएसआई (जो भारत सरकार के तहत काम करती है) और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार भी केस में पार्टी है। दोनों सरकारों को 1991 एक्ट के अनुसार, अपनी बात रखनी होगी। शर पसंद हिंदुत्ववादी तंजीमें किसी भी हद तक जा सकते हैं, उन पर रोक लगाना भारत के अमन और इत्तिहाद के लिए बहुत जरूरी है। आने वाली नस्लों को ‘एआई’ की पढ़ाई के बजाए ‘एएसआई’ की खुदाई में व्यस्त कर दिया जा रहा है।”,बता दें कि बदायूं के जामा मस्जिद बनाम नीलकंठ महादेव मंदिर मामले में अगली सुनवाई तीन दिसंबर तय की गई है। यह मामला सिविल जज सीनियर डिवीजन फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में चल रहा है।कोर्ट में शनिवार को जामा मस्जिद इंतजामिया कमेटी की ओर से अपना पक्ष रखा गया, इसके बाद बहस की गई। बहस पूरी न होने पर कोर्ट ने तीन दिसंबर की तारीख दी है। हिंदू महासभा की तरफ साल 2022 में में जामा मस्जिद में नीलकंठ महादेव मंदिर होने का दावा करते हुए वाद दायर किया था।
