पीड़िताओं के विधिक अधिकारों का हनन न हो – अपर जिला जज
Deoria.District Legal Services Authority, Deoria under the auspices of the District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Additional District and Sessions Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority for the safety and protection of the rights of the victims in the One Stop Center as directed by Mr. Devendra Singh. Deoria, conducted a surprise inspection by Manoj Kumar Tiwari. The Secretary said that the safety of victims and protection of their rights is very important. Society should be aware of these issues. He gave detailed information about the rights of women. During the inspection, the Additional District and Sessions Judge directed the One Stop Center to provide cleanliness, security and legal literacy to the public. He directed Neetu Bharti, Center Manager, One Stop Center to identify the cases of women who require legal assistance and refer them to the office of Legal Services Authority, Deoria, so that the upcoming National Lok Adalat, On 14 December 2024, their cases can be settled and legal aid can be provided to them.

देवरिया।जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, देवरिया के तत्वावधान में जनपद न्यायाधीश/अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, श्री देवेंद्र सिंह के निर्देशानुसार वन स्टॉप सेंटर में पीड़िताओं की सुरक्षा और उनके अधिकारों के संरक्षण हेतु अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश/सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, देवरिया, मनोज कुमार तिवारी द्वारा औचक निरीक्षण किया गया।
सचिव ने बताया कि पीड़िताओं के सुरक्षा और उनके अधिकारों का संरक्षण अत्यंत आवश्यक है। समाज को इन मुद्दों के प्रति जागरूक रहना चाहिए। उन्होंने महिलाओं के अधिकारों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।निरीक्षण के दौरान अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ने वन स्टॉप सेंटर में साफ-सफाई, सुरक्षा और आमजनमानस को विधिक साक्षरता प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने वन स्टॉप सेंटर के केंद्र प्रबंधक, नीतू भारती को निर्देशित किया कि जिन महिलाओं को विधिक सहायता की आवश्यकता हो, उनके मामलों को चिन्हित कर जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, देवरिया के कार्यालय में अधिक से अधिक संदर्भित किया जाए, ताकि आगामी राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत, 14 दिसंबर 2024 को उनके मामलों का निस्तारण कर उन्हें विधिक सहायता प्रदान की जा सके।
