एसपीसीए की बैठक सम्पन्न,घायल पशुओं के संरक्षण के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर करे शिकायत: सीडीओ
Deoria. A meeting of SPCA (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) was held in the Gandhi Auditorium of Vikas Bhawan under the chairmanship of Chief Development Officer Pratyush Pandey. Various issues related to the protection and safety of animals in the district were discussed in the meeting. In the meeting, a suggestion was made to build a shelter for injured monkeys, dogs, cats etc., on which the Chief Development Officer appealed to the voluntary organizations of the district to come forward and work in this direction. Executive officers were instructed to sterilize them to control the increasing number of stray dogs and their terror. It was also decided in the meeting that a net should be installed for safety on transformers installed in open places. This action will be taken by the Executive Engineer Electricity, while the concerned institutions were instructed to ensure this on open transformers installed at private institutions. On the suggestion of animal lover Sanjay Pathak, the police department was instructed to take strict action to stop animal smuggling. For emergency treatment and protection of injured animals, an appeal was made to inform on toll-free number 1962, District Magistrate Helpline Number 05568-225351/222261/223331, and Police Helpline Number 112. The Chief Development Officer said that for the protection and treatment of injured monkeys, information should be given on the mobile number 8056595393 of the District Forest Officer. Arrangements for monkey catchers and monkey handlers will be ensured in municipal bodies and gram panchayats to catch monkeys. Instructions were given to the concerned departments to take action to prevent the damage caused by the increasing number of red monkeys and Nilgais. Additional Superintendent of Police, District Information Officer, Assistant Engineer of Municipal Council, Deputy Chief Veterinary Officer, Veterinary Officer, and SPCA members Parmeshwar Joshi, Akhilendra Shahi, Sanjay Pathak, Shivkumar Goyal, Vanshraj Yadav, Umashankar Sonkar were present in the meeting.

देवरिया। जनपद में एस०पी०सी०ए० (सोसाइटी फॉर प्रिवेंशन ऑफ क्रूएल्टी टू एनिमल्स) की बैठक मुख्य विकास अधिकारी प्रत्यूष पाण्डेय की अध्यक्षता में विकास भवन के गांधी सभागार में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जनपद में पशुओं के संरक्षण और सुरक्षा से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई।
बैठक में घायल बंदर, कुत्ता, बिल्ली आदि के लिए आश्रय स्थल निर्माण का सुझाव दिया गया, जिस पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने जनपद की स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं को इस दिशा में आगे आकर कार्य करने की अपील की। आवारा कुत्तों की बढ़ती संख्या और उनके आतंक को नियंत्रित करने हेतु बधियाकरण के लिए अधिशासी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए।
बैठक में यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि खुले स्थानों पर लगे ट्रांसफार्मरों पर सुरक्षा के लिए जाली लगाई जाए। यह कार्यवाही अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत द्वारा की जाएगी, जबकि निजी संस्थानों पर लगे खुले ट्रांसफार्मरों पर संबंधित संस्थाओं को यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।पशु तस्करी पर रोक लगाने के लिए पशु प्रेमी संजय पाठक के सुझाव पर पुलिस विभाग को सख्त कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए गए। घायल पशुओं के आपातकालीन इलाज और संरक्षण हेतु टोल-फ्री नंबर 1962, जिलाधिकारी हेल्पलाइन नंबर 05568-225351/222261/223331, और पुलिस हेल्पलाइन नंबर 112 पर सूचना देने की अपील की गई।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने बताया कि घायल बंदरों के संरक्षण और इलाज के लिए जिला वनाधिकारी के मोबाइल नंबर 8056595393 पर सूचित किया जाए। बंदरों को पकड़ने के लिए मंकीकैचर और मंकी हैंडलर की व्यवस्था नगर निकायों और ग्राम पंचायतों में सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। बढ़ती संख्या वाले लाल बंदरों और नीलगायों से होने वाले नुकसान को रोकने के लिए संबंधित विभागों को कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए गए।
बैठक में अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक, जिला सूचना अधिकारी, नगर पालिका परिषद के सहायक अभियंता, उपमुख्य पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारी, पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारी, और एस०पी०सी०ए० के सदस्य परमेश्वर जोशी, अखिलेन्द्र शाही, संजय पाठक, शिवकुमार गोयल, वंशराज यादव, उमाशंकर सोनकर उपस्थित थे।
