पुलिस लाइन देवरिया में विशेष किशोर पुलिस इकाई की मासिक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित
Deoria. A monthly review meeting of Special Juvenile Police Unit (SJPU) was organized in the auditorium of Police Line Deoria. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Om Prakash Tiwari, Deputy Legal Aid Defense Council, representative of the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority. The meeting was conducted by Mr. Jai Prakash Tiwari, Protection Officer, District Child Protection Unit. In the meeting, Police Station Incharge AHTU, Mr. Rakesh Singh gave information about the duties and responsibilities of SJPU and directed to work in accordance with the Juvenile Justice Act. After this, Mr. Jai Prakash Tiwari discussed various points of the agenda and highlighted the Juvenile Justice Act 2015, Child Marriage Prohibition Act 2006 and the process of adoption of children through Central Adoption Authority (CARA). Information was given in the meeting regarding the Child Marriage Free India Campaign, which is run by the Ministry of Women and Child Development and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. Child welfare police officers and other child protection stakeholders present in the meeting were directed to run publicity and public awareness campaigns to stop child marriage. Instructions were also given to stop child marriage on receiving information and ensure action as per rules. Shri Brajesh Nath Tiwari, Member Juvenile Justice Board, emphasized on timely disposal of cases related to children in contravention of law and timely submission of social background report. Child Welfare Committee member Shri Vivekanand Mishra gave detailed information on children presented before the Child Welfare Committee and the work of the committee. The Labor Department gave information about its schemes and labor laws. One Stop Center Manager Smt. Neetu Bharti and Psychologist Smt. Meenu Jaiswal shared information related to the center's work and health checkup of the victims detained there. Shri Om Prakash Tiwari gave information about legal aid in cases of children and the relevant provisions for effective compliance of the Juvenile Justice Act in the district.

देवरिया। पुलिस लाइन देवरिया के प्रेक्षागृह में विशेष किशोर पुलिस इकाई (एसजेपीयू) की मासिक समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के सचिव के प्रतिनिधि श्री ओम प्रकाश तिवारी, डिप्टी लिगल एड डिफेंस काउंसिल, ने की। बैठक का संचालन श्री जय प्रकाश तिवारी, संरक्षण अधिकारी, जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई, द्वारा किया गया।बैठक में थाना प्रभारी एएचटीयू, श्री राकेश सिंह ने एसजेपीयू के कर्तव्यों और दायित्वों के बारे में जानकारी दी और किशोर न्याय अधिनियम के अनुरूप कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके बाद श्री जय प्रकाश तिवारी ने एजेंडे के विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर चर्चा करते हुए किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015, बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम 2006 और केंद्रीय दत्तक ग्रहण प्राधिकरण (CARA) के माध्यम से बच्चों को गोद दिए जाने की प्रक्रिया पर प्रकाश डाला।बैठक में बाल विवाह मुक्त भारत अभियान के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई, जो महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय और राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग द्वारा संचालित है। बैठक में उपस्थित बाल कल्याण पुलिस अधिकारियों और अन्य बाल संरक्षण हितधारकों को निर्देशित किया गया कि बाल विवाह रोकने हेतु प्रचार-प्रसार और जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाए। बाल विवाह की सूचना मिलने पर इसे रोकते हुए नियमानुसार कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के भी निर्देश दिए गए।श्री ब्रजेश नाथ तिवारी, सदस्य किशोर न्याय बोर्ड, ने विधि-विरुद्ध बालकों से संबंधित मामलों की समयबद्ध तामील और सोशल बैकग्राउंड रिपोर्ट समय पर प्रस्तुत करने पर जोर दिया। बाल कल्याण समिति के सदस्य श्री विवेकानंद मिश्र ने बाल कल्याण समिति के समक्ष प्रस्तुत होने वाले बालकों और समिति के कार्यों पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी।श्रम विभाग ने अपनी योजनाओं और श्रम कानूनों की जानकारी दी। वन स्टॉप सेंटर की प्रबंधक श्रीमती नीतू भारती और मनोवैज्ञानिक श्रीमती मीनू जायसवाल ने सेंटर के कार्यों और वहां निरुद्ध पीड़िताओं के स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण से संबंधित जानकारी साझा की।श्री ओम प्रकाश तिवारी ने बालकों के मामलों में विधिक सहायता और किशोर न्याय अधिनियम के जनपद में प्रभावी अनुपालन के लिए संबंधित प्रावधानों की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बाल विवाह मुक्त भारत अभियान के तहत उपस्थित अधिकारियों और कर्मियों को बाल विवाह के खिलाफ शपथ दिलाई।बैठक में जिला परिवीक्षा अधिकारी अनिल कुमार सोनकर, सपोर्ट पर्सन श्रीमती विभा पांडेय, प्रोजेक्ट कोऑर्डिनेटर सुश्री ज्योति जायसवाल, चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन से अमित उपाध्याय, संजीव यादव और अन्य बाल कल्याण पुलिस अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
