हिंसा की जांच के लिए न्यायिक आयोग जाएगा संभल, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के पुख्ता इंतजाम
Sambhal: Two members of the three-member judicial commission constituted to investigate the violence that took place in Sambhal on November 24 reached Moradabad on Saturday. They are expected to visit the violence-affected city of Sambhal on Sunday. The commission will go to the spot and investigate how and under what circumstances the riot took place. The commission will also conduct an in-depth review of the current situation along with stone pelting and use of force on the police. The commission members met Moradabad Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh on Saturday and inquired about the incident. Following the court order, violence broke out during the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid in Sambhal on November 24, in which four people died and many others were injured. This survey was related to the petition, which claimed that there used to be a Harihar temple at the mosque site. The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has ordered a judicial inquiry into the recent violence in Sambhal. The order to constitute the commission was issued by the Home Department of Uttar Pradesh. The commission constituted through a notification on November 28 has been directed to complete its investigation within two months. Government approval will be required to extend this deadline. According to the order of the state home department, a three-member committee headed by retired High Court judge Devendra Kumar Arora has been entrusted with the task of investigating the matter. The other two members of the commission are retired IAS officer Amit Mohan Prasad and former IPS officer Arvind Kumar Jain. The commission will have to submit its report within two months. The police is keeping a special watch on every person coming and going at sensitive places in Sambhal. The police is taking immediate action if any kind of suspicious activity is seen. There are clear instructions from the government that if any kind of suspicious situation is seen anywhere, immediate action should be taken.
संभल: संभल में 24 नवंबर को हुई हिंसा की जांच के लिए गठित तीन सदस्यीय न्यायिक आयोग के दो सदस्य शनिवार को मुरादाबाद पहुंचे। उनके द्वारा रविवार को हिंसा प्रभावित शहर संभल का दौरा करने की संभावना है।आयोग मौके पर जाकर यह जांच करेगा कि दंगा कैसे और किन परिस्थितियों में हुआ। पुलिस पर पथराव और बल प्रयोग के साथ मौजूदा स्थिति की भी आयोग गहन समीक्षा करेगा।आयोग के सदस्यों ने बीते शनिवार को मुरादाबाद कमिश्नर आंजनेय कुमार सिंह से मिलकर घटना की जानकारी ली थी।न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद संभल में 24 नवंबर को शाही जामा मस्जिद के सर्वेक्षण के दौरान हिंसा भड़क उठी थी, जिसमें चार लोगों की मौत हो गई और कई अन्य घायल हो गए। यह सर्वेक्षण उस याचिका से जुड़ा था, जिसमें दावा किया गया था कि मस्जिद स्थल पर कभी हरिहर मंदिर हुआ करता था।उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने संभल में पिछले दिनों हुई हिंसा की न्यायिक जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। आयोग के गठन का आदेश उत्तर प्रदेश के गृह विभाग द्वारा जारी किया गया था। 28 नवंबर को अधिसूचना के जरिए गठित आयोग को दो महीने के भीतर अपनी जांच पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। इस समयसीमा को बढ़ाने के लिए सरकार की मंजूरी की जरूरत होगी।राज्य के गृह विभाग के आदेश के अनुसार हाई कोर्ट के रिटायर्ड जज देवेंद्र कुमार अरोड़ा की अध्यक्षता में तीन सदस्यी कमेटी को मामले की जांच का जिम्मा सौंपा गया है। आयोग के दो अन्य सदस्य सेवानिवृत्त आईएएस अधिकारी अमित मोहन प्रसाद और पूर्व आईपीएस अधिकारी अरविंद कुमार जैन हैं। आयोग को दो महीने के भीतर रिपोर्ट देनी होगी।संभल के संवेदनशील स्थानों पर पुलिस द्वारा हर आने-जाने वाले लोगों पर विशेष नजर रखी जा रही है। किसी भी प्रकार की संदिग्ध गतिविधि देखे जाने पर पुलिस फौरन कार्रवाई कर रही है। शासन की तरफ से स्पष्ट निर्देश है कि अगर कहीं भी किसी भी प्रकार की संदिग्ध स्थिति देखने को मिले, तो फौरन कार्रवाई की जाए.
