Deoria. As per the instructions of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Lucknow and under the guidance of Hon'ble District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority Deoria Shri Devendra Singh, a pre-trial meeting was called with all the departments in the auditorium room of Civil Court on 14 December for the success of National Lok Adalat. Secretary District Legal Services Authority/Additional District and Sessions Judge Manoj Kumar Tiwari directed all the departments to identify more cases in National Lok Adalat and settle them. He said that all the departments should refer the identified cases and ensure settlement of maximum number of cases by putting them on Lok Adalat day. He called upon the representatives of all the concerned departments to come together for the success of Lok Adalat. The Secretary directed all the departments and said that you should make the general public aware through banners, hoardings, pamphlets and handbills at various places in the district so that National Lok Adalat can be made successful. Mainly representatives of BSNL, Watt Measurement, Employment, Agriculture, Labour, Forest Department, Excise, Transport, Municipality and other departments were present in this meeting.
देवरिया। उ0प्र0 राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण लखनऊ के निर्देशानुसार तथा मा0जनपद न्यायाधीश/अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण देवरिया श्री देवेन्द्र सिंह के मार्गदर्शन मे 14 दिसंबर को राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत की सफलता हेतु समस्त विभागों के साथ दीवानी न्यायालय के सभागार कक्ष में प्री-ट्रायल बैठक आहूत की गयी।सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण/अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश मनोज कुमार तिवारी द्वारा समस्त विभागों को राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में अधिक वादों का चिन्हाकन कर निस्तारित करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। उन्होने कहा कि समस्त विभाग चिन्हित किये हुये मामलें को संदर्भित करें तथा अधिक से अधिक संख्या में मामलों को लोक अदालत के दिन लगाकर मामलों का निस्तारण करना सुनिश्चित करे उन्होने समस्त सबंधित विभाग के प्रतिनिधियों को लोक अदालत की सफलता हेतु एक साथ आगे आने का आह्वान किया। सचिव द्वारा समस्त विभागों को निर्देशित करते हुये कहा गया आप जनपद के विभिन्न स्थानों पर बैनर, होर्डिंग, पम्पलेट एवं हैण्डबिल के माध्यम से आम जनमानस को जागरूक करें जिससे राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत को सफल बनाया जा सकें।इस बैठक में मुख्य रूप से बी0एस0एन0एल0, वाट माप, सेवायोजन, कृषि, श्रम, वन विभाग, आबकारी,परिवहन, नगरपालिका, तथा अन्य विभाग के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
