ऑपरेशन डेमो के माध्यम से नौसेना अपनी शक्ति और कौशल का प्रदर्शन करेगी

Navy Day celebrations are being held on Wednesday, December 4 at ‘Blue Flag Beach’ Puri, Odisha. Here the Indian Navy will display its operational strength and skill through an operational demonstration (Operation Demo). During this, the Navy’s most modern weapons, sensors and other equipment will be displayed here. President of India and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Draupadi Murmu will be the chief guest of this ceremony. The Op Demo to be conducted by the Indian Navy in the Navy Day celebrations will see the participation of naval units with a combined weight of 90,000 tonnes. The weapons and sensors installed in it have the ability to neutralize any threat arising from surface, sub-surface or air within a radius of 300 kilometers. More than 3500 naval personnel will manage these platforms at sea. At the same time, 350 other personnel will coordinate from the shore for Operation Demo. Navy officials say that the Indian Navy shares a historical and strategic bond with Odisha. Ancient Odisha was famous for its extensive maritime relations, which was the center of its identity and prosperity. Odisha was a major maritime power with a rich tradition of foreign trade and cultural exchange across the Bay of Bengal. Odisha’s merchants and sailors would go on long voyages establishing ties with distant lands.The Navy Day celebrations will showcase the indigenous cutting-edge technology of the Indian Navy. It will further the resolve of the Government of India for ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’. Also, through this event, the Navy will pledge to become the ‘Preferred Security Partner and First Responder’ in the Indian Ocean Region. The vision of the Indian Navy ensures Security and Growth for All in the Region (SAGAR).The event, hosted by Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, will also be attended by the Governor and Chief Minister of Odisha, Union and State Cabinet Ministers and local people. This is the second time that the Indian Navy is organizing a mega event at a place other than a major naval station.

नई दिल्ली: बुधवार 4 दिसंबर को ‘ब्लू फ्लैग बीच’ पुरी, ओडिशा में नौसेना दिवस समारोह आयोजित किया जा रहा है। यहां भारतीय नौसेना एक ऑपरेशनल प्रदर्शन (ऑपरेशन डेमो) के माध्यम से अपनी परिचालन शक्ति और कौशल प्रदर्शित करेगी। इस दौरान यहां नौसेना के आधुनिकतम हथियार, सेंसर एवं अन्य उपकरण प्रदर्शित किए जाएंगे। भारत की राष्ट्रपति और सशस्त्र बलों की सर्वोच्च कमांडर द्रौपदी मुर्मू इस समारोह की मुख्य अतिथि होंगी।नौसेना दिवस समारोह में भारतीय नौसेना द्वारा किए जाने वाले ऑप डेमो में 90,000 टन के संयुक्त भार वाली नेवल इकाइयों की भागीदारी देखी जाएगी। इसमें लगे हथियार और सेंसर 300 किलोमीटर के दायरे में सतह, उप सतह या हवा से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी खतरे को बेअसर करने की क्षमता रखते हैं। 3500 से अधिक नौसेना कर्मी समुद्र में इन प्लेटफार्मों का प्रबंधन करेंगे। वहीं 350 अन्य कर्मी ऑपरेशन डेमो के लिए तट पर से समन्वय में करेंगे।नौसेना के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि भारतीय नौसेना ओडिशा के साथ एक ऐतिहासिक और रणनीतिक बंधन साझा करती है। प्राचीन ओडिशा अपने व्यापक समुद्री संबंधों के लिए प्रसिद्ध था, जो इसकी पहचान और समृद्धि का केंद्र था। बंगाल की खाड़ी के पार विदेशी व्यापार और सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान की समृद्ध परंपरा के साथ ओडिशा एक प्रमुख समुद्री शक्ति थी। ओडिशा के व्यापारी और नाविक सुदूर देशों के साथ संबंध स्थापित करते हुए लंबी यात्राओं पर निकलते थे।नौसेना दिवस के इस समारोह में भारतीय नौसेना की स्वदेशी अत्याधुनिक तकनीक का प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा। यह भारत सरकार के ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ के संकल्प को आगे बढ़ाएगा। साथ ही इस आयोजन के जरिए नौसेना हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में ‘पसंदीदा सुरक्षा भागीदार और प्रथम प्रत्युत्तरकर्ता’ बनने का संकल्प लेगी। भारतीय नौसेना का दृष्टिकोण, क्षेत्र में सभी के लिए सुरक्षा और विकास (सागर) की बात सुनिश्चित करता है।नेवी चीफ एडमिरल दिनेश कुमार त्रिपाठी द्वारा आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में ओडिशा के राज्यपाल और मुख्यमंत्री, केंद्रीय और राज्य के कैबिनेट मंत्री और स्थानीय लोग भी शामिल होंगे। यह दूसरी बार है कि भारतीय नौसेना किसी प्रमुख नौसैनिक स्टेशन के अलावा किसी अन्य स्थान पर एक मेगा कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कर रही है.
